The food - Breakfast and Dinners were amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful during our 2 night stay! We had an awesome time. ;-)

Overall we really enjoyed our time, but minor things like bedside lights placed but had no plugs to be able to use them seemed strange. On arrival, were told you had to make use of their food and drink options - no outside food or drinks allowed (bit strange really)

The balcony view was great, the bed was very comfortable, the room had everything you need.

The shower was falling apart, it looked old. The breakfast in the morning was not replenished so it felt like we got scraps by 9: 00.am

Breakfast was enough, nice and filling. The room was great, we liked everything about it, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also catered for my request with regards to the room. There was aircon which assisted with the heat.

There was a big group that was also in the hotel, they made a lot of noise (music, talking, singing and laughing) until the wee hours of the morning in our passage, they made it difficult for us to sleep peacefully. They also blocked the way with wooden benches, we struggled to pass.

The view and the breakfast was spectacular, the room was so nice and the air-conditioning was fantastic with the mode to heat up the room ,WiFi was unbelievable strong and the room was cleaned perfectly with new towels each day as well as extra warm blankets that smelled sooooo nice . The photos on the site doesn't do the rooms any just ,it really exceeded our expectations. Very Friendly staff and also very helpful when needed. Definitely worth your money.

I like the spa, those ladies knew what they were doing 10/10 The resturant the food was delicious, i loved everything. Breakfast was so scrumptious and the chefs were so friendly

The room was not clean, it shows that it has been days without a proper cleaning. The towels were not clean, the sheets had dust it shows that the room was not attended that day when we check in. The 2nd day the sheets were changed but on the floor nothing, it was still dirty

A very pleasant place, with a vast yet cozy garden. The staff were very friendly. My special thanks to the manager, who kindly offered her office for the online meeting I had, in case the Wi-Fi in the lounge wasn't strong enough — which, fortunately, wasn’t necessary."

The Venue is a beautiful resort and I enjoyed my stay there. I would come back again in the future. It is accessible from main highways and I felt safe and secure during my stay.

Shower - the door to the shower is not functional and people of a bigger stature have difficulty fitting into it. Also the shower door was not closing properly on out 1st night and I had to call maintenance to assist. It was fixed but still water leaks out whilst showering.

The place is nice n I think the place is huge but these little activities so as these a huge space try to add more activities cause we had to drive around for some out door activities

Restaurant had no variety n as it's winter I would recommend the owner to buy these tall gusheater as the our dinning was so cold we even left earlier, but non the less all was good

Location is good. 45 minutes drive from Pretoria. It was very pleasant, calm and relaxing. Lovely country side surroundings and very quiet.

They can upgrade some of their facilities to having board games available. They can put in a putt putt golf course. I was very disappointed that the day spa closed . It will be wonderful if it re-opened again to have a relaxing spa treatment.

The booking and communication were on point. Made planning easier. The place was fairly clean and comfortable. The spa was the hilight of our stay.

We were promised a romantic setup for R650, which included candles, but there weren't any candles, and we did not get any explanation. That kind of felt like we were cheated because we paid the full price for it.
