Perfect location. Beautiful lush gardens, and a very big pool. The kids enjoyed swimming. Richard is very welcoming, so is the restaurant staff.

Breakfast was great on the first morning. Second morning I was really disappointed with the fruit salad, which is my favorite. It was definitely from the previous day.

The breakfast was delicious and the stuff was friendly.

When we wanted to order cocktails they didn't have certain ingredients to make the cocktails. This was very disappointing.

The facility was extremely clean, the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved that they had a gym we could use.

I didn’t like the lack of cheese at breakfast and the low variety at the breakfast buffet. But the breakfast was actually good in taste and always fresh.

I liked that it is far from everything so you really get to relax

Didn’t like that we were made to pay to have our own drinks at the property as much as that was not stated anywhere in the rules and asked other visitors and they knew nothing about the fee and was not charged

The stuff was amazing 👏 the fact that there was free wifi was so lovely 😍

The fact that when I wanted to book the Jacuzzis I was told I needed to book the spar 1st I was not happy coz that was not mentioned on the website

The room and the food was really nice.

As much as they kept sending us messages to arrive early for warm welcoming, we were not happy as we expected. The receptionist was sitted behind his computer. They dont replace accessories in thr room. The manager guy was a little rude.

I liked how comfortable the room was. The hot water and shower pressure was amazing! I was satisfied with everything

I wasn't aware that we'd be sharing a living room with other guests. I thought the rooms were stand-alones and we would have private entrance to our rooms

We went out for some activities and when we got back the room was packed up in such a professional way. They even packed our clothes in the wardrobe. Staff was super helpful and very friendly

The taps on the bathroom were connected the wrong way so we thought we didn't have water for a while. Also I apparently left my car unlocked one night and monet went missing. But I'm not sure it was the staff though

Well served and delicious breakfast,comfortable beds and clean linen.

The amenities are in a hidden location making them to be not easily accessible.When it is raining frogs have their way into the rooms which is not good cause some of us are not comfortable when they are around.The sofa in our room was broken.

I liked the privacy and quietness. I liked how approachable the staff was. I loved how promptly issues were addressed. I loved the communication. This helped to manage our expectations.

lack of dust bins on the premises to throw away trash when you were out and about. A dust bin is needed by the pools and deck area.
