The food !!! BAD QUALITY! THE BREAKFAST ,WHY NOT DO A BUFFET INSTEAD..The food didn't seem fresh ,Seems as though you tryna save food we paid for this ?? The restaurant menu is wack,add pizzas ,Add something to the meal make it everyone friendly there's nothing kid friendly on the menu . Add Fresh milk on the hotel rooms ,not everyone drinks powder milk (room service) The toilet was leaking ,Wash cabin was leaking .. Above all THE FOOD !! DO BETTER !

I loved the Villa we booked. The spa is also something to come back for🔥

Need to work more on the restaurant and the staff. The food was not nice. The waiters didn't know what's on the menu to even sell to us what are the best dishes. We wanted to celebrate the graduation dinner at the restaurant but due to the bad service we received when we got there for lunch decided to book somewhere else.

The property is absolutely amazing. Facilities are well maintained, huge variety and simply beautiful. Lovely to relax and unwind.

The bedsheets were stained. Brown stains on both the sheets and the covers. Had to make use of own blankets as a result. There is no catering for halaal breakfasts, kindly make provision for this.

The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the restaurant are very true and welcoming and the food was delicious. The lady who cleaned our room was also very friendly and welcoming.

parking is an issue, we used 2 cars and no one told us where to get additional parking we had to look for it when we got to our room. We arrived early and were told we will be called when our room was ready and the reception did not call us,we had to go back after waiting for 2 hours to check if the room is still not ready. we were only checked in after 17h00

The staff was friendly and attentive .The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was great. The resort has many facilities to offer and it caters for couples, families and individuals.

Our room for two never had a mini bar fridge. There was no WiFi in the rooms and whole facility. The rooms don’t have backup power (UPS, generators or Solar). There was also no network in the sky bar restaurant. Housekeeping staff did not have spare keys to our room which resulted in them not cleaning on Saturday.

Everything was excellent, to the water park

The apartments were not properly clean, and furnitures not dusted

It's close by , it's so greay to have en- suites and is many facilities in the chalet. It's lovely to see animals too. The water park was fantastic too especially the heated pool .

It's hard to get hold of reception , you have to call many times to get through. But once you thriugh they are very helpful. No pool towels is very inconvenient. Also poolside food service would be good

The only problem was network. I don’t know if I missed the part that says bring your own router or something but the network is horrible there. The wifi is also bad!

I love Seasons, one of the best places for family in Harties. The morning views, the location itself and the atmosphere is great. The staff is lovely and friendly. I love the water park. The animals around are amazing.

There were cockroaches this time around in the Vila we booked. The double bed upstairs wasn't that comfortable.

I loved the room I stayed in and how peaceful the place is. My bedroom view was filled with trees and birds chirping as I watched the sun rise/set The spa is also good. Went there for a treatment and I loved it. You are able to order from the restaurant whilst sitting there after a treatment or whilst dipping your feet in the hydro pool Would come back!

The only things I didn’t like: 1. The Wi-Fi. It was just bad . Also why is there a smart tv if the Wi-Fi doesn’t connect properly to watch something 2. The wait time at the restaurant because by the time the food arrives,you’re no longer that hungry. The food was good though 3. Loadshedding. Maybe they should invest more in backup generators for instances like that . They do communicate with us to let us know the times
