We had a pleasant stay at Heidelberg Kloof Lodge. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The room and facilities were spotless; everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, the meal was scrumptious and beautifully prepared. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit weak at times. Highly recommended for a restful and relaxing getaway!

Lindie was AMAZING! She is so friendly and her willingness to assist a guest goes above and beyond. No task is beneath her. She helps wherever she can. The food was very good, the view wonderful and the accommodation very neat and tidy. There is a reason it was awarded 4 stars.

Second visit to Heidelberg Kloof Lodge. Large comfortable rooms. Fireplace is an added bonus. Nice to have a microwave in the room. Our bathroom had both a bath and a shower. Quiet neighbourhood. Polite staff.

Very clean and tidy, nicely appointed, modern, Comfortable bed. Staff very good, welcoming and efficient, very attentive. Beautiful view from dining area and the amenities looked inviting *we didn't use them as it was a quick overnight) My wife is gluten intolerant and they specially catered for her at breakfast - not many places do. Thank you

Pillows were spongy and not particularly comfortable. Unable to take a bath without prior arrangement (due to solar energy and loadshedding). Generator during power cut was quite close to our room so the diesel fumes were very strong in the room.

You could do more on breakfast. I wish Saturtay could have been a buffet of all sorts .... put the breakfast there let's the guests help themselves not order like in the restuarant, no!

I like that it felt like we were on holiday outside of busy Johannesburg. Great property with a lovely pool to take advantage of the South African sunshine. An amazing full breakfast was available and the accommodation met all expectations.
