The staff were exceptionally accommodating, we were only there to visit a relative at Sunward Park Netcare and they kindly let us check out at 11, when visiting hours started. The lovely lady who made our breakfast was a gem. It was a very last minute booking so I wasn't aware of the bar facilities or that I could have booked a dinner.

The layout with the table right next to the shower was a bit awkward and I battled with the pillows.

The room was spacious and spotless. The small lounge area on the patio was a lovely surprise. The best part of the trip was Mam Thuli who worked at the breakfast area. I have never encountered a more friendly and helpful hotel staff member. She went over and above to ensure we were happy and the food was to our liking. Some guests arrived after the end of breakfast and she still ensured they were well taken care of. (I know I would not have been as friendly and accommodating).

The staff is amazing and always willing to go the extra mile. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. TV had Netflix. Breakfast was awesome. Room had a bar fridge with bottled water for use. This is my go-to spot when I'm travelling for work.

Safe location. Friendly staff. Clean. Love the coffie masjien and the garden. Over all very good. We will be back. Staff very help full. Breakfast was good.

Had no hot water. They have Solar gyesers, and a heat pump. I think. It was a rainy day all day. Owner wil have to look at that. We stayed in room 19 and i think the geyser was to far from our room with no sun... but...The staff was very help full. And we made a plan. They gave us a room closer to the office where the main gyeser was, just to take a bath....but thats all. We really had a nice stay. Will be back again

Staff are lovely, I was greeted each evening at the door, even in the cold. The room I had this time was small, but neat and clean. Breakfast made a great start to the day! Secure parking.

Not as well priced as similar guesthouses, but this one is just very convenient if you're working in Boksburg, Springs, etc.

The rooms

Just wish the rooms were spacious. The lady who was in charge of breakfast when we told her about food, she was asking questions which I found it weird

We were a large group staying over for a conference not far from the Guest house. The hospitality and tranquility of the establishment was just what we needed. The comfortable lounges was just the place to unwind after a busy day. We will be back.

Close to all amenities

Close to a busy road, thus a person can hear all the noise from cars in the road and our bathroom seemed like it was freshly painted because there was a smell of painting in our room.

Breakfast was good and varied. We came down towards end of breakfast time and fresh food was produced by the team cheerfully

Coffee machine needed cleaning but alternative coffee was available

Loved the family room I have booked even my kids were excited about the place.The warm welcome that we received,breakfast was perfect and fresh.Our stay was refreshing after hectic Christmas day.The furniture exquisite rare find.The place is beautiful.
