The location was close to where I had an appointment. So it was very convenient. I liked the friendly staff who were very helpful. A gentleman named Katiso was very considerate whenever I had a query. Not forgetting the lady (whose name I forgot).

There was a damp spot on the carpet when I arrived. That gave unpleasant smell. However the smell was isolated. I suppose the spot had not dried prior to my arrival and no one made sure about that.

From booking arrangements, to my stay, the location and surroundings, I had a very nice stay, and the staff was very accommodating and cooperative, and we all loved the place

Cleanliness was a bit of a problem for me, toilet smelled of urine and I am not sure if the bedding was changed prior to us arriving there. However the staff was very understanding when talking to them and accommodating

Nice breakfast coming on time and everything available, however the space becomes crowded and unhealthy at times.

A bigger space may solve the problem where that dining hall may be used when the lodge is in its full capacity like current especially during the week.

While we were there a lady with the name of Nolita was cleaning. We have stayed in a number of different hotels and BnB and this lady is a total gem for any company. We felt as if she was the owner. She asked us if we were comfortable did we need anything else and her friendly and professional manner was wonderful.

I asked for a shower cap and it was out of stock but other wise all was well.

Your place is very clean compared to other lodges I've been in. Your staff is friendly and looking good, I will definitely come back to your place.

Although everything was good but I didn't have a perfect sleep due car noise from outside. My outside view was facing the main road, the noise was very disturbing.

Maybe make sure that the couch comes with all bedding when asked . And pltwhem 3 people have booked there must be enough sugar and coffee and milk pleasessseeeee

Close to Delville swimming pool. Safe parking. Small, but clean and comfortable rooms.

The service at the restaurant was not good. Waited very long for drinks and food. Waiters are confused and too many mistakes on the bill/account/

I like the break because things are made ready in the morning, I like the diet balancing and the location.

All things are good including all the staff cooperation and communication.
