There wasnt any bar fridge in the rooms

Staff were exceptional. Transport, apart from airport pick up, was excellent on many trips. On time, safe drivers, Max and Siswe. Was close to the venue we were attending. Food was good.

Mix up with pickup at airport resulted in us waiting an extra 40 minutes, and our group being split up. Pillows way too hard for our personal preference. Shower floor needs a good scrub. Very slippery. Shower mat wouldn't unroll it was so brittle, but problem sorted with a towel.

Breakfast is always great. A nice spread of cereals, fruit juices /coffees and hot meals

Unruly inconsiderate guests that made a lot of noise at 2am - woke me and my family on a morning where we had to travel back home. I had to get up get dressed and go to reception to report it. Thank you to the lady on duty who resolved the matter. Suggestion - have your night guard do hour on hour walks/checks along the corridors to avoided this in future.

My visit was excellent with one exception - it was difficult and time consuming to reserve a conference room in advance, though eventually the reservation was in fact made.

Booking the conference room was difficult. Eventually I paid the quoted amount for the conference room in advance, and then gave up because the hotel couldn't locate the payment. About one week after this they found the payment and made the reservation.

If the management can provide better quality of blankets. Your blankets are in a very bad state, very old. They don’t match Hotel Standard,I was so disappointed. If the hotel management can look at the curtains,they don’t steam iron curtains. I was extremely disappointed by looking at them made me sad. If the rooms can have a microwave,bar fridge and glasses. Because it’s only coffee mugs and tea pot with kettle that it,no disposable spoons or plastic cutlery.

It was well cooked and the chefs were go good. Location is also accessible

When booking on list of things you advertise fridge yet in actual fact there won’t be any. When you go to complain about it staff attitude seems like they are doing you a favor. Your reception staff should always be friendly not attitude. If you report to the front desk of things not working in your room they will just it’s going to be fixed and nothing happened. Plugs were not working and telephone in room 441 and nothing was repaired ended up buying power bang for phone charger and also air conditioning system not properly working. The door was not locking from inside. You tell them of something and will not come back with feedback ishhhhhh haibo no. Tooo cheeky staff

Breakfast was exceptional, beyond our expectations. Staff very friendly and helpful.

There was cigarette smell in our room the first night especially from the bathroom, since my kids and I are asthmatic it was quite uncomfortable and we had to switch on the air conditioner the whole night and close the bathroom door . We did report at reception in the morning and it was better until the next morning when it started again although not bad like the previous night.

Great location, walking distance from Eastgate Mall. The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast was good, nice variety.

Well, apart from the breakfast..I didn't enjoy the dinner. I ordered a steak sandwich and the steak was rock hard, inedible, and the chips was also not nice at all. The roll was like double the size of the steak so basically it was a tiny piece of steak with a huge roll. My husband, on the other hand, enjoyed his Chicken Alfredo.

The hotel is centrally located and kept well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Would be nice if they could cater for Halaal though.

We had no milk in our room all 3 days. When asked staff for milk we were given cremora. If you have a tea and coffee station in the Room there should be milk as well. Towels we were given 4 and then the cleaner when cleaning took away 2 and never brougnt replacements. The soap as well. The used soaps were taken away and not replaced. Cleaners need to know what they doing for each room. We were 2 adults and 2 kids.

the room was clean and neat, with lovely mountain views, the pool area was clean and well maintained, and we really enjoyed the breakfast the most

the evening buffet only had 1 meat dish a vegetable dish, rice, pap and roast chicken with about 3 salads. for me personally it wasn't worth R195 as a buffet should have more of a variety and there was only 1 dessert so that was very disappointing. also, we were 4 guests but they only put one soap and shower gel in our room
