BEEN TOLD OF THE FINE I WOULD RECEIVE SHOULD I MESS UP THE LINEN, IT MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE TO USE THE LINEN, AS I WAS NOT FREE

Excellent service and exceptional staff who are friendly and go out of their way to help especially the young ladies at the reception desk

The first room I stayed I will give it a 9/10 because the Floor were very cold bed side rags or mates can solve that problem. The second room I stayed on the second night I will give it 8/10 because I could not get Netflix the toilet was leaking and a bit noise from clients because of its proximity to the reception and I paid more for the room since it was not an online booking. I would have preferred to pay more for the first room upstairs because it was very quieter than for the room downstairs with working Netflix plus no leaking toilet.

No hairdryers in any of the rooms even though they advertise as such. The rooms could be alot cleaner. Staff forget to provide new towels, toiletries and coffee/tea sticks. Our bathroom bin was still full from the previous occupant.

I liked the shower,the rooms are good,the bed was comfortable

The Wardrobe was not dope for me,The dressing mirror position was not convenient, Breakfast the cereals were there decoration not to be eaten, The staff are humble

I stayed at La Ochard twice, and on both occasions, I had to ask for towels to be provided. Please arrange for towels before guests arrive.
