The property has upgrades.

Hotel room: Room was very dark and you could literally hear others toilets flushing. Walls were super thin. I heard people moving in and out of there rooms all night. Shower also could have been cleaned better.

Big, comfortable room recently renovated , clean and airy. No balcony on our room but nice communal patio although very close to other rooms so not very private. Walking distance to Melrose Arch, park for outdoor walking next door, good security, easy parking.

No garden or open area to sit (that wasn't so close to rooms). Other rooms did have balconies - just not ours

Location was good

The shower in H04 needs a good scrub. It had mouldy parts and the shower door does not close properly and water was gushing out while showing. Bathroom light is very dim. You can’t apply makeup properly. Also while showing it steams up the whole shower. An extractor fan would be good. Also I was on 1st floor and the premises do not have lifts and after flying for 22hours with 46kg in luggage this was definitely not ideal.

It wass very peaceful with birds singing and I enjoyed the terrace provided for sitting outside in the evening. It felt safe withing the compound and the people working are very friendly.

One does require a car or to order Uber to stay here although Melrose Arch is within walking distance.

Breakfast was great but more options would have been good . Not everyone likes poached eggs and an option would have been great . Small thing though in an otherwise exemplary service .

As there is no kicthen in the venue , a microwave would have been nice to have in the room so that if someone orders food from an external source they have the ability to heat it , without having to go to reception .

The receptionist, oh goodness she is so kind and understanding. I really appreciated that. They accommodated 2 requests I had even! I'll definitely come back! Definitely as shown in pictures. Love it!

That the room didn't have a microwave lol, also just a preference and the room chandelier wasn't working which I forgot to enquire about. But it wasn't serious. Everything else was exceptional.

Great staff - always on hand to help. Location is really practical with a short walk into Melrose Arch and a quick uber to most locations. The cost is well worth it in the area.

All good. The aircon dripped onto our bed at night but after telling the staff they quickly swooped in to sort it out.

Nice apartments, there were everything we needed, private parking, staff is welcoming and friendly, we had late arriving and no problem with checking in. There is a quiet place and comfortable bed, the kitchen well equipped. Near located Melrose Arch - safe place to walk and shopping.

I loved that it was quiet and private and staff were really friendly. The place was clean and really comfortable.

I love gardens, so didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t much of a garden and that the pool was so small.

Excellent hospitality and the apartments are well kept, clean ,spacious and modern.The gardens are well mainted and excellent security.The staff are friendly and provided excellent service. Definitely will be booking again.

Wifi needs to be upgraded to a faster speed and better connection.
