The rooms were clean and neat, and the location was central and convenient

The bathroom taps need a change. The basin mixer lever wouldn’t stay up. The shower water didn’t get ‘hot’ even on full and stayed on mid warm temperature.

1) The safety and the 24-hour reception open policy - I arrived after 9pm every night due to work and when I got there the security / reception opened the gate. The kitchen in the room - that helped so much to make my own meals. 2) The cleaning of the room every day - THANK YOU! 3) The non-smoking policy! 4) The air conditioner! 5) The staff were excellent and professional - this includes the reception/admin staff and the security gentlemen. It felt personal as the same staff were working every day with the shifts.

1) The parking area was cramped especially on the Friday and Saturday night - there were limited parking, and the parking bays are very small. Maybe the management should consider having open parking area also next to the swimming pool, if possible, where the tree is? 2) The grass around the swimming pool and the chairs there were not neat, and the garden needs a revamp - maybe consider cobble all around 3) The TV in the room needs a replacement - some of the channels were blurry.

Clean, neat and great location.

It's incredibly unfair that the mobile price was not what I paid upon arrival. My booking was confirmed through Booking.com and there was no payment link via mobile however my booking was confirmed. Upon arrival, my booking was R600 more whereas my booking was confirmed for a genius price!!! It's ridiculous!! If Booking.com is going to offer us genius prices, then they need to be loyal to us as consumers! It was incredibly frustrating and quite honestly disappointing. Don't take us for fools. There are other platforms available to us.

The front desk is always manned by happy, helpful and efficient people. The location is perfect, central and close to everything every direction. Daily cleaning keeps the apartment thoroughly fresh at all times. The apartment is spacious. The security is on point.

Well, in the early hours (after midnight) of Saturday morning some 3 residents who had had a night out arrived and could not get in as the gate was closed. They pressed the intercom at the gate over and over again without feedback. When this did not work, they hammered the gate in order to call someone's attention to open. Guess what the sound of hammering did, it woke people up, including me. Appearing through my curtains to see what was going on, there they were having a go at the gate with the sound getting louder the more they hammered it with some hard object, maybe a rock. The question is, where was the guard?! Dreamland perhaps? One more thing, my skin reacted to something on the bed. Thorough bed checking and/or mattress/sheet cleaning perhaps?

Awesome people, great apartment. Really safe and good security. We love our 3rd bedroom apartment, we are here for a month already, and never had any bad experience, or complaint. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is well fitted with all the main appliance and in good working condition (feels brand new). There is enough kitchen utensils and more than enough cutlery and crockery. Well done, you are doing a great job! Every single staff memeber, from, front desk, security, cleaining, gardening to maintenance, are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to interact with.

That we have to leave!

The apartment is incredible, I really loved the shower, the fact that we were able to wash clothes and had a massive relaxation area. Sadly it was too cold to make use of the pool, but the stay was overall incredible. Staff were super kind and friendly, security was on point also.

We booked this place because of the generator, as I had to work, but there were days in which the load shedding affected both the regular electricity and the generator, so we were left in the dark for several hours.

I liked everything about the hotel. The service is great. The hotel had everything we needed such as cooking utilities dinner plates saucers cups wine glass whiskey glass it had everything even tea things. The place is very beautiful and clean. It is very refreshing and the pool is also clean. Also enough towels and bath foam and conditioner.

I didn't like the fact that we cant smoke inside the room and we were on third floor had to go out a bit of a distance when we want to smoke.

Accomodation is clean and well furnished. Rooms are big. We had the 3 Bedroom apartment

The hotel was perfect except for the 2 nights we were there the room above us played loud music, the first night until 2am. On the second night at around 11pm I call reception and complained. The music stopped for 10 minutes and than started again. The hotel needs to ensure that they inform guest to stop playing loud music at certain time. This ruined an otherwise perfect stay.

The apartment was spacious and modern. The rooms were comfortable. Hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating. Having the kitchen. Utilities available for a longer stay was great.

There were only minor issues. Kitchen utensils were missing from the room and were sparse in general so that can be improved. We had no hot water when we checked in on Monday but we understand this was an issue in the area related to the gas line. The couches in the lounge while modern looking are not very comfortable.
