Comfort, personnel especially Sibs on security who was extremely helpful when we experienced problems with our Uber driver, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful and Elfreda hosted graciously

This is a beautiful place, very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful . The breakfast was good

We were told the accommodation was wheelchair accessible but it wasn't. My husband struggled to enter the room and couldn't access the toilet due to the space. And had to take a long way around to get to the dining area with an uneven surface.

Location is good for the airport, proximity to a large shopping mall and to restaurants. Also, it feels safe. We stayed for 1 night before catching our flight home from OR Tambo. A really pretty place, the room was well equipped and very comfortable. We were given a lovely breakfast in the morning. We will definitely use Hyde Park again.

Alfreda, the manager, was wonderful and very helpful w ideas and how t9 navigate the area. The grounds were clean and, lots of greenery and trees. Progress was fabulous. Best to have a car as it is in a neighborhood that is somewhat isolated from the activity of the city. There is no local transportation available. Fortunately, they have a wonderful driver available.

I think it was overall good value for a guesthouse type of set up. Quiet at night. Close to GIBS business school which is why we stayed there.

Drinks and bar options very much lower end. Better wines and spirits would be more in keeping with the price position targetted. A bit of a vibe would really boost the overall feeling there.

Great location, staff and facilities. I thoroughly enjoyed our Valentines day sho’t left.

It is really difficult to find fault, but if I had to mention something, the USB plug points on the either side of the bed did not work.

Room was neat and tidy - all amenities that were needed featured in the well-sized space. Breakfast was superb and the staff throughout my stay were professional and friendly.

There was nothing I did not like.

This place is just perfect in every possible way, location is in a perfectly safe area, staff is absolutely amazing, room, facilites, food, cleanliness, everything just exceeded my expectation. Thank you!

The only issue I had was that we had booked 2 single beds, but there was a double bed in the room which made it sliiightly awkward because a male friend and I booked together
