Staff are wonderful and helpful! Room clean and tidy. Great location

The room across the hall had a party on Saturday night! Really loud! Please make sure you have some respectful rules around weekend use. I had to call security and twice personally ask them to be quiet! They were drinking and yelling.

We have travelled quite a bit and no where have we experienced such friendly, efficient staff - from our warm welcome by Patricia at security, to check in, pub, housekeeping, and cleaning staff. Room was clean and air conditioned with fresh bottles of water everyday. Parking, swimming pool and small gym on site Location was great as we could walk to Rosebank mall and restaurants - all within 10 minutes. Hence the 5 star rating. Keep it up.

I liked everything about the accommodation. It was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Situation is very convenient.

I did not like the fact that an executive suite looked bigger than it actually was in the advertised pics. Also the suggested uber price of UKPounds3 was advertised when I wanted to book the FREE taxi to hotel from airport. Otherwise all good value for money.

Very good location. It is a couple of minutes walk from the Rosebank Center, so if anyone wish to take the hop-on-hop-off bus, it is where its offices are. The staff was extremely helpful, acted promptly when I had to be taken to hospital due to an unexpected kidney stone during the night. They even let me stay in the room aftrer returning from the hospital over normal check-out time. Thank all of them!!!

The rooms are a bit simple, but still alright for a stay.

From the moment I arrived, I loved the warm and relaxing ambience of the place. They kindly accommodated my early check-in, and the staff greeted me by name every time I came and went — a personal touch that truly stood out. It felt welcoming, comfortable, and memorable. I would gladly stay at The Capital on Bath again given the chance.

Found the cost of a 500ml still water to be R30 per bottle where the average price is R10 per bottle I found this a bit steep. On 2 occasions about 3am there was what sounded like a fire alarm that went off - maybe from a nearby building - just woke us up a bit early.

It feels like home away from home. Amazing and helpful staff! Good self-catering facility which still gives you a breakfast option should you wish to take it. Location is also great, close to most amenities in Rosebank. I also appreciate the fact that the staff are able to take feedback well and then work on getting things rectified.

The place was clean and looked like the pictures. Smooth checking in process.

You have to sign into your own Netflix, disney plus and Prime video accounts on the TV. We got a room that has a view of the construction that is happening across the building. If you make a booking just be sure to confirm that you prefer a nice view.

I liked the spacious and comfortable rooms with the small kitchenette which made warming food etc so convenient. The cleanliness of the room as well as the large shower was superb.

Slightly unfriendly staff and the fact that they did not have room service available was a downfall for me!

The room was very spacious, comfy and clean with everything you need. The location is perfect as there was the Rosebank mall next to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and practical and the breakfast was complete and more than enough to start a good day.

Only breakfast and snacks available at the restaurant of the hotel, the construction site that started at 6am.
