There was no physical address. We had to phone reception for correct details which delayed my arrival and extra taxe fees! The kettle, Wi-Fi, TV, and lights in the shared bathroom were NOT WORKING

Honestly the room was fair, the bathroom was actually good. the water was hot but the towels smelled funny.

The BED WAS HORRIBLE WOW LIKE I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THE OWNER CAN ACTUALLY PROVIDE SUCH. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS FAIRLY OKAY

The floors were not washed. Shower was dirty i had to go buy Jik to clean before i could use the shower. Bedding was terrible and mattress very bad quality. But most disappointing part was the lady who manages the property, i have never been treated more poorly in my life.

The place is shabby. Needs a work over .and renovations.

This hotel doesn't exist in Rosebank. It is a room in "The Bolton" 2 Sturdee Avenue in Rosebank Johannesburg. upon arrival at Reception, the lady did not even have a clue about Hotel Amour, yet it is a room rented in a building she works in. we contacted the host and no response. it was around 18:30 and very cold. i have to spend a night in onether city as i was stranded and incur extra costs of traveling. only the following day when the host managed to organize for security to give me access to The Bolton building. I paid for Sunday night but didn't use the service for that night. The Room is untidy, mattress covered in plastic, no toilet paper was provided. There is no kettle and milk even though there are tea bags and sugar.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. They don't have parking and told me I should have known there is no parking because it says student residents, and students don't have cars, and then they told me its for young adults only, and this they only tell you after you paid and receive the booking notification so I put in a waiver to get my money back and they do not respond to my email , when I phone them they shut the phone in my ear and don't answer it again

the name of the place listed on booking.com was fake and the place where we stayed had another name. we had to walk in the rain with the kids to find the place because the gps location was incorrect. the pots were dirty and even the oven trays were full of used oil. the cleaner only came once and the toiletries ran out with no replacement. the property listed three beds but there were only two.

Biggest scam, the location on booking.com is different from the one they sent on the app. Try to call them there is an auto recorded answer. Never waste your money
