Location in Rosebank couldn’t have been better. One block to the mall with great cafes and restaurants

The person on the front desk was probably the worst front desk person I have ever seen. Unfriendly, disinterested and lazy. Our jug leaked water a lot around the plug which was unsafe. Took it down to the desk. I don’t think he spoke one word to us. Not once as we walked past did he even acknowledge us.

I liked the fact that the apartments are next to everything it's so easy to get around and the peace and calmness of the place is out of this world.

This was the perfect stay. Firstly, great communication from Clive ahead and during my stay. The apartment is immaculate and beautifully appointed + very spacious. Everything has been thought of. A lovely lounge with a great view over Johannesburg. The kitchen has everything you want including a washing machine/dryer. Microwave oven and main oven were both perfect. The bedroom is large with a very comfortable bed. Fantastic bathroom with all the amenities you could hope for. The location is great for walking up to the shopping mall which is literally two minutes away. Here you can get all your food and also there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and really good quality shopping outlets. The security downstairs is brilliant and is manned 24 hours a day. You feel very safe. I didn't have a car but I know that there is parking on site which again is very secure. There is no doubt that I will stay here again and I would really like to thank everyone for making you so welcome and I couldn't recommend this location enough. I've been coming to Johannesburg for 32 years and this meets all my requirements. Utterly brilliant

In general, I love the hotel, except the small table in the kitchen. For a family of 4 is not confortable. We cannot put all the food on the table, so, we do have to stand up every time we need something. You have to think about it. Maybe is your pattern but we did not see difference with the table for 2.

We were there in winter (July); The location in Rosebank, close to mall and entertainment, beautiful with the Jakaranda trees, we felt safe, the underground garage directly at the property, the patio was spacious

The shower warm water took like five minutes to warm up, the shower door revolves inward so you can only manipulate the valves while standing inside; the registration required two or three different signups at reception desk, online, with the property manager, that could be streamlined; the blinds in one of the bedrooms did not cover the whole window to the inside courtyard with people walking by

Its location in Rosebank is exceptional, allowing you to walk to all the necessary venues like the mall, the Arts and Crafts market, the grocery store, bank, hop on hop off tour bus. There are some excellent restaurants and nightlife that felt very secure. We rented two units and they had all the necessary cutlery and dishware for us to enjoy as a family. Please note there are multiple owners of units at The Vantage, we stayed in 604 & 422 from Easy Stay and they were great.

Having rained a few days there were some mosquitoes which they can’t control. However if the units had ceiling fans it would help tremendously. The beds were a little uncomfortable,

Everything in our apartment was amazing, beautiful and very clean and it had the needs for an everyday home/apartment and we would love to come back again for a longer stay because it was super amazing to be in that kind of space.

When we arrived at the reception for our check in around 7pm, the sir and ma'am at the reception were not friendly at all, they were rude and were not asking questions in a friendly way until another guy came and took us to our apartment and he was good and super friendly to us, but the people that were at the reception were not welcoming.

The location was fantastic and super safe. The night life nearby was spectacular and I had a great time. The rooms were comfortable and we even managed to cook a nice homemade meal with the utensils provided. I enjoyed especially the ease of being able to park and go whenever we needed and the elevator from car park to room front doors made grocery shopping easy.

Unfortunately our unit's air con didn't work but we had fans in the apartment so it wasn't too bad. The remotes for the tv and the netflix sign in was also a bit tedious but otherwise everything else was fantastic.

This unit was stunning. A beautifully decorated and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat, with everything you need inside and more. Although it is so close to everything, you could sleep like a baby, because of how quiet it is. Hot water was available all the time, which was amazing. The cleaning services came every second day with very friendly smiles. The property is extremely close to the Rosebank Mall and The Zone with Starbucks just across the street. You are walking distance away from all of it. The unit has a large patio which was perfect for a morning coffee or a dinner outside. It is also very private. There’s always someone at reception to assist, 24/7. During my booking, the staff assisted me very well and even on-site. They were so friendly and made me feel so at ease. We felt very safe at all times in the unit and area.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.
