This was a great location for all things Rosebank and Melrose Arch-related. It gave fabulous access to Rosebank Mall saving on endless ubering back and forth. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We needed to do some printing in the business centre, only to find, after 25 attempts to get the PC to talk to the printer, that this was not possible! Printing had to be done via Reception. I spent a good few hours away from the room one morning and was hoping to flop in my room after the morning out, but had to head out again to allow for more time for the room to be cleaned. There were then one or two further housekeeping interruptions later in the afternoon and early evening as more goodies (though appreciated) were brought to the room. There was also an entire absence of non-dairy milks other than soy, so I made sure to take my own down to breakfast of a morning.

The breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and all the hot options I tried were delicious. The staff everywhere in the hotel were wonderful. Friendly, helpful, funny and kind. The dinners were also fabulous. I invited several friends for meals and they enjoyed it very much. On my first night I was surprised by a delicious trio of sweets and a bottle of wine in my room -- what a nice welcome!

The only criticism I had was that the lighting in the bedroom could be improved. The lighting in bed was fine, but a couple of the lamps were flickering and the room as a whole could have been brighter, maybe an overhead light or two?

The property was tasteful decorated throughout. The lifts worked promptly and efficiently. The lighting thoughtfully positioned, showed off the decor of the property, complimented by the fresh flowers. Breakfast was delightful as were the staff! We loved every aspect of this hotel. It had an overall feel of happiness which could be attributed to the positive attitude of all the staff. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one and I would recommend the hotel to all.😊

Good location - very convenient connected to a shopping mall. The area felt safe and walkable to restaurants. At check-in, the staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good on the first day.

Some staff members seem to be not as trained. The 2nd day breakfast service was quite chaotic. There were more diners although the dining room wasn't full. No hot food was offered, the buffet table had a lot of empty plates and a lot of tables were slow to be cleared for the next diners. At check-out, the staff member was not familiar with the minibar items or the prices, so it took a while for him to figure out the charges. The worst part of the elevators - one of the two elevators were out-of-service. the only elevator was shaking badly when in use - quite nerve-wracking. . .

Great staff, excellent breakfast (buffet/a la cart dining room or free in-room deliver), and well maintained facilities in a very convenient location (shopping, restaurants, gym, etc).

Restocking of coffee pods could be improved (was given pods that didnt fit the machine in my room). Minibar wasn't stocked until my last night (of a 5 night stay). Chocolate restocking was forgotten on more than more occasion. 2-pin plugs by the bed would be appreciated at a hotel of this standard. In-house phone lines dont seem to work properly.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at the most enchanting hotel, and it was truly a five-star experience that made me feel cherished and pampered as a mother. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was swept away into a luxurious world that catered to every need and desire. The friendly porter takes care of your car and its parking. The décor was utterly stunning, with rich velvet sofas that cradled you in comfort, inviting you to sink in and relax. I could have spent hours lounging there, swathed in sumptuous fabrics that seemed to embrace me like a warm hug. The thoughtfully selected colors and textures throughout the hotel created a serene atmosphere that felt like an escape from reality. The candle lit bath, hot choclate, Illy coffee and ombre hearts was such a treat. A well stock mini bar and access to the very responsive front desk to cater to your every desire. The bed in my room was pure bliss—it enveloped me like a cloud, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. The attention to detail was exquisite, from the plush bedding to the soft pillows that cradled my head. I felt like royalty, drifting off to sleep, free from any worries or stress. What truly set this hotel apart was the hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly attentive, anticipating my needs before I even had a chance to voice them. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel like the most important guest in the world. Every encounter was warm and genuine, making my stay not just comfortable but genuinely enjoyable. Shopping was a delight, as the hotel boasts direct access to a stunning mall through a whimsical passage that felt straight out of an Alice in Wonderland story. This enchanting corridor, adorned with dazzling chandeliers and geometric wallpaper, offered a magical experience as I strolled through boutiques and shops.

The comfort in the rooms and the clean environment are always prerequisites when we look for accommodation whenever we travel, 54 on Bath met those standards. We also enjoyed the meals and the staff were very respectful, courteous and responsive. The easy access to the Rosebank Mall was convient for us and it also provided a safe way through which we could do our shopping.

The TV channels - there is room for improvement in what guest can watch.

I believe my wife sent a response but not heard back from the hotel. I accidently forgot to take my 2 dress shirts from the cupboard and didn't realize this until days latter. Though I resolved myself to not seeing these shirts again and I take that as my fault 100% for forgetting them in the first place but to also not follow up with the hotel to retrieve them. My circumstances meant it to be difficult to return to the hotel so I didn't follow up but I was unsure as to why the hotel hadn't contacted us to notify the shirts were left behind. Maybe I have not left them at your hotel, who knows!

A complaint was lodged over the mini bar miniatures being filled with water was not addressed, a broken glass under the couch was not addressed for 2 days (having a crawling baby, was a big concern) was surprised that no action other than "sorry about that"

The room was large and luxurious, very quiet, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were all very friendly and really helpful both before and during our stay including organising airport transfers for us and disposing of a broken suitcase for me. 24 hour room service is awesome for the jet lagged traveller too. Loved having a coffee maker in the room as well! We made full use of that and the coffee was excellent. The hotel is also close to some beautiful restaurants, you can enter the local mall from right inside the hotel, and a few of the sights are close by too.

The room description said it had a minibar but the fridge was switched off and empty. No big deal though as you can order drinks etc from downstairs. The shower is absolutely tiny. If you’re tall with long limbs you’ll be elbowing every wall while you’re in there. We had an issue in the restaurant one night being sat next to a table with a child who had their iPad on full volume. And I mean it was loud enough that it affected our ability to even speak to each other. We left without finishing our dinner but the restaurant manager did call up to our room as soon as they realised to apologise.
