I really enjoyed my stay at The Tyrwhitt Rosebank. The apartment was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location is fantastic—safe, central, and within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and the Rosebank Mall. I also appreciated the friendly and professional staff, as well as the secure parking and excellent building security. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The only downside during my stay was an unexpected 24-hour water outage, which was understandably inconvenient. While I recognize that it may have been beyond the property's control, it would have been helpful to receive more proactive communication or support during that time. That said, everything else about the stay was excellent, and I would still recommend The Tyrwhitt Rosebank for its comfort, location, and overall quality.

Location - The apartment is in a secure location and a 2 minute walk to the Zone and Rosebank Mall. These malls have a variety of places to eat so you will have have a good selection of restaurants and fast food places. Amenities - Appreciated that tea, coffee and sugar is provided. The WiFi is on point so we were able to watch Netflix and YouTube without any glitches. Our visit was in winter and heaters were provided for each room. Thanks Easy Stay. Staff - Very responsive and helpful staff. During our stay, we had no issues with staff. They were responsive to any queries and concerns we had. Thanks Norma and Team.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive - by text and in person when we arrived. The apartment is clean, modern, well furnished and a superb layout for a family that is travelling. One of the nicest showers we have had in an apartment. The apartment is very close to Rosebank Mall which has exceptional choice of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping with a great arcade for the kids - but get to the rooms early as a) the parking is quite hard to find at night and b) the street doesn’t feel the safest late at night despite being close to a police station. The parking was very tidy and secure. Loved the big screen and Netflix ready to go with tea and coffee - just what we needed for a pause in our travels.

Our flight coming into Johannesburg ended up being 6 hours late... Throughout I was in touch with Tadiwa, then Clive so our checkin ended up being smooth even though we arrived way later than expected. The apartment is lovely and well appointed with quite a nice view. We absolutely loved the location, just steps from the mall and a short walk up the street from great restaurants. Come to find out it's also a short wal from the Hop-on-And-Off Bus stop, and the Gautrain.

It's trivial, but there was only 2 coffee pods for the 2 nights there. It's really really minor... I might have enjoyed labelled toiletries as well.

I loved the place, it's surrounding, the cleanliness, the service. Actually everything was perfect. The place is quiet and I loved that the most. The kitchen had everything I needed. Had a wonderful stay with my hubby. Clive and Noma were great. Excellent service. Thank you so much. I'm definitely coming back with my friends.

Location was great, everything is within reach in Central Rosebank. Apartment block is very quiet and orderly. Regular cleaning of the unit with linen and towel changes. The security is solid, reception desk takes access control seriously. Check-in was easy and hosts kept in commution with us from airport already. Apartment has nice, clean, comfortable furniture and good appliances..We were completely sheltered from loadshedding - they have backup power and good wifi.

The extra blanket was ugly. Please get a new one, it lowers your look and feel.

We were not clear on what would happen wrt apartment cleaning and I had a mini heart attack once when we got back and I found the door open 😅

First and foremost, it’s a safe area, just follow common sense. Don’t walk alone outside late at night, etc. Just stone’s throw away from Rosebank mall with restos, cafes, shops, etc. Rooms themselves were spotless. We booked two rooms for our family of 5. Overall 5 of 5.

Nothing at all, maybe an extra serving of coffee pods for those who drink coffee at night haha! Although there are instant coffee sachets available.

The bathroom setup is a bit weird. The 2nd room has a tub but no shower head with the tub so essentially you have only one place you can have a bath/shower. Also one expects basics of soap / shampoo/ conditioner when booking via air Bnb. The internet quality was very poor .

Beds were comfortable, good location

Location next to Rosebank mall is the best, the overall area of the accomodation is super. The apartment is spacious, and comfortable, with very good space on the rooms.

Well.. the only thing is that only one room had a shower..would be nice to have shower in both rooms.
