Location was superb. 2 minute walk to Rosebank Mall which has every major retail outlet and restaurant you could need and many of SA's banks yet the rooms are tranquil with sliding doors to enclosed garden area. Restaurant is very pleasant and my continental breakfast was ok but could have had a more more extensive choice for the price. Good service. though. Room is very spacious with basic kitchen facilities which was a bonus. Lovely, well equipped en suite with all the little amenities that travellers need. Close to Gautrain and Ubers are everywhere. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Continental breakfast had a limited choice.

We had a spacious room on the ground floor facing a courtyard with a garden. We had a kitchenette and a table, aside from a desk. Breakfast was served in a separate room facing the bigger courtyard garden. The hotel had a home-like atmosphere and was very comfortable. Wifi was great!

The airconditioners were a bit temperamental and difficult to control with the remote. The rooms were comfortable but could do with a bit more maintenance (soap holder was missing, etc.)

A nice room with a kitchenette. Comfortable bed and good linens. Good WiFi and a good breakfast room. The Rosebank mall is right across the street for shopping and restaurants.

We didn’t like the bathtub.

The location for us was ideal. Right opposite a pleasant partially open shopping center and many good restaurants. Good beds and nice little kitchenette. Double doors opening into a small garden. Many units on the ground floor. Great breakfast.

The shower is over the bath so a little slippery (even with the provided anti-slip mat)and a climb to get in when you're short like me. If you don't want to be woken up every day before 08.00 you have to put a 'do not disturb sign' out.

Fantastic place and staff. We stayed here at the end of a long trip, and loved the accessibility to the mall for dinners and shopping (in the underground artisan market)! It felt like the hotel was built as an apartment complex (two stories) and turned into a hotel, so it was very comfortable. Tons of parking

I am a regular guest at this hotel, and the kindness of the staff makes all he difference. Well done and keep it up.

Position suited us, rooms were spacious and sunny with extra facilities, reception pool and hospitality staff were great and security staff were always helpful and polite.

Option of smaller breakfast

Great location across the road from the mall, rooms were nice and spacious, felt very safe within the grounds of the hotel with security etc. Staff were lovely!

Breakfast could be improved, airport transfer organized through the hotel was quite complicated in terms of payment to the driver etc.

Location- helpful & friendly reception staff - comfortable well equipped room

Air con - takes awhile to have an effect but did get there eventually - but noisy- needs upgrading

Everything and I mean everything except the TV. The garden and plants set it apart it doesn’t feel like you’re in the city. The food was good, it took a while but I understood they were short staffed

The TV, it’s time for some upgrades. Smart TVs would be appreciated.
