I really appreciated having room service clean my room daily. There was an odd used cup that was always clean when I got back in the evening. I really appreciated that gesture. Clean towels everyday and easy access to an iron made my stay even more pleasurable.

Water would collect at he bottom of the shower in 304 which felt uncomfortable. I was always concerned that it would leak into the bathroom and give room service unnecesary clean up work.

The unit was clean and neat. Very spacious. We overall had a very good stay.

The outside area was not cleaned. The dishwasher was leaking and towels were not replenished regularly. Inform your guests about when you will be changing towels. There were no blankets, no information was available to advise to get the blankets from reception. The information booklet in the unit could include this information

The property was secure - the gate guards were super friendly and helpful. The reception staff and manager were very helpful and accommodating when we ran into a few difficulties - not related to the property. I would recommend this excellently located facility to couple's families and solo women travelling with children. The housekeeping staff were amazing too. The gym is well equipped and there is plenty of secure parking. Aircon in the bedrooms and a monster generator kicks in when ESKOM checks out!

There was nothing not to like about this establishment. We extended our stay; the staff were very flexible and super happy to help.

They are not paying attention to detail. Door handles, taps not working properly, spiderwebs in the room as if the room was last used 20months ago. The maintenance personnel must not allow such deterioration. We have used the facility before and we know what we used to admire about the place. Reception is perfect, but maintenance must improve . Those details counts overally. But it was a good stay.

Located central to everything, spacious and lovely kitchen, parking easy to access to the the room and on top well secured.

The bed need to be changed, the kitchen stove seems someone burnt something and was not properly cleaned out, double check the fridge after patrons have left, there was an old savana bottle in the freezer which seem to have been there for months.

The location, spacious rooms and the kitchenette in the second bedroom and the daily replacement of amenities and clean towels on daily basis. The staff was also friendly, attentive and available when needed.From price point I think it’s reasonably equipped and fairly clean.

The people are very professional. And the place looks amazing. I enjoyed my stay. They even have a gym room and the management is decently professional worth a stay. Quiet neighborhood.

Some of the staff were unprofessional, especially cleaners they come into your place and are loud and don’t provide soap, management helped.

There wasn't anything. Perhaps consider a self check-in option in the future. The main photos are not doing justice in selling the value for money apartments and convenient location.

The apartment was really beautiful. Had a cute view. Warm/hot water from my shower.

Had no manual to use for calling reception. Had to call using my own airtime to ask for the aircon remote and an iron. Was a joint apartment
