Clean, well located , convenient & all required amenities

Property is extremely busy & super loud. Loud music went on until at least 02:00am. Later there was a loud fight at around 04:00am. If not for the noise & business, this property would be wonderful

Very comfortable room, spacious, bathrooms also with very good quality and with shower and bath option, had great assistance from all staff, all requests were promptly responded to very positively,

The room 124 is located near gate, and there is significant noise from the guards late at night and very early in the morning. The cleaning could have been a bit better, found a cockroach, and sometimes the room was not too tidy. The Menu at the restaurant could improve, would be nice to have soups and different salads, and the breakfast food could also vary a bit, everyday it is the same thing. It is not easy to have a light dinner if one wished.

The hotel is very well located. We could walk to the most important places around (Mall, Gautrain Station, Conference Center). The breakfast was rich and good. Room service was available until 3 AM. The room was so comfortable and quiet that we slept until 4 pm on the 2 day of our stay (after spending the previous night on a nightclub). Good value for money.

Its not that We didnt like, but I believe breakfast could be varied for people that stay more than 2 days (it was the same everyday).

The fresh croissants at breakfast everyday was something to look forward to. Everyone talked about the showers!! Those showers were so glorious they are now the measure of how good a shower is.

The walls were a little too thin it was as if the people next door could hear and I kept thinking my door look wasnt enough, and extra security knob would be great

The staff were very friendly. Any issues raised was treated with urgency. The room was cleaned daily and everything was well maintained. The room came with a fridge and iron which were very handy.

They could add fried rice disges to their main courses and some spring rolls to their menu for finger foods.

Convenient location near Sandton City. Easy check-in & helpful staff. Spacious & comfy 1 bedroom apartment with a huge bathroom & a fully fitted kitchenette - pleasant & practical but not luxurious. Excellent WiFi. Good breakfast. Adequate heating as we arrived on a bitterly cold day. Suitable for business or pleasure. Very reasonably priced.

Bar in lobby can get a tad noisy esp at night - not a major issue.

The location and the shuttle bus to the mall .

Check out was confusing so we had to be in rush in the morning before leaving . It says there is free shuttle bus to the airport which is false information. They asked us to pay double Uber amount for the ride. We didn’t like that they rushed us to check in although I am gold member in booking . Also , the room was far from the elevator although we are eligible for upgrade through booking .

Service is outstanding - it makes a difference when people go out of their way for you and this was a common experience in the week that I stayed. Facilities are generally very clean and comfortable, food is great.

My apartment didn't have a lamp in the living area; I asked but there wasn't one available. The bright overhead lights meant that instead of relaxing in the evenings, being in the lounge felt like being at the dentist! It's a very small thing to put right - they need to do it.

This is truly a wonderful stay, excellent location walking distance from Sandton mall, great staff, very helpful especially the gentleman in the front desk (didn't get his name). We had three connecting rooms for our family of 5 and it was more than enough room, very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is wonderful, great food, fair prices, we had room service and it was more than exceptional. They accommodated us for late check out at a super fair charge.

Have nothing bad to say about the hotel in itself, just beware of the guy that cleans shoes in the lobby, he ruined 4 out of six pairs of sneakers we left him, two of which were new (just dirty from Kruger safari).

The staff were helpful, friendly, and more than accommodating during my stay. The bar staff were great. I was a solo traveler, so I really appreciated their warm conversations. The room was spacious and spotless. Great location. Safe enough to walk to the nearby mall.

The pool was a bit of a let down. It's right by the restaurant/bar area so it's not a pool to relax privately. It would be really fun if you are a group of friends The bathtub's plug wasn't working.
