Employees were well-level and friendly

While taking a shower, the shower drain and the ceramic tips around it were damaging the feet, the room light on and off control system was very ridiculous and inadequate, the closet was designed in the toilet and bathroom area, so it was ridiculous to have to pass through the sink and wet floor to hang and take the clothes again, the breakfast was very inadequate in the morning for this price and there was no options

Isaac Nkomo in your bar upstairs was exceptional. I travel all the time generally only staying at five star hotels and Issaic made you guys proud! Truly brilliant and will come back again just to thank him !

Breakfast was a bit under whelming. The chef making omelettes on the day didnt seem too happy to be working there but alas she made a great omelette. It is always nice to be greeted by staff that care.

I had broken my leg 3 months ago and was only allowed to travel a week ago so I really needed special assistance. The hotel was able to provide me with a wheelchair at no cost during all our stay which allowed me to go to the shopping mall and restaurant without any stress.

The air conditioning in the room was not working very well so we suffered from the heat quite a lot.

Breakfast was good with adequate variety. The staff were mostly pleasant and attentive.

There was some repairs being done close to my room about 11am in the morning, so had to endure continous hammering. Also the room cleaners should be more quiet along the corridors when cleaning. My balcony chairs, tables and floor, outside my room was dirty, so I had to ask for their cleaning, this however was promptly done after my request .

The stuff were amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. Room service was great ! I didn’t need to wait long for my meal. It was my wedding anniversary and they went an extra mile for us. The breakfast was nice. But I prefer a buffet style than order off the menu. However the food was nice

The staff and the reception staff were really professional and friendly.

As Muslim, I was astonished that meals were not halal. If halal meals would be introduced in the menu it would have been great, example cooking without wine, cooking in separate utensils. However it's just my advice, since I saw plenty Muslims residing in the hotel and that will a plus for the hotel.

The hotel is in Mandela Square vicinity. Great,helpful and charming staff members with eager to assist at all times. Smooth checking and checking out, no stress. The lounge is perfect for business meetings and matchmaking. Great food at the restaurant!

None, although the massage place close at 19h00 of which I think it should close at 21h00 at least to accommodate late travelers to receive therapy or treatment after a long day.

The hotel is located within the shopping mall and it makes the shops easy to access and it was easy for our business partners to come to the square for meetings

The facilities have not changed for several years and some of the things in the room don’t function properly anymore.

all was very good in general it was a wonderfull experience we will come back for sure and only stay at the Davinci in future

The air con was not strong enough did need many hours to cool the room down the view from the suite 914 also was not nice we would like to try to get a room next time with a view to the square

Breakfast is always a treat and our waiter Thuso was a delight. The chef talked with us each day and made us something special. We also were enabled a late check out which was much appreciated. I have stayed at the Da Vinci many times and it is always a pleasure. Thank you Di Fleming
