The breakfast was not bad except of the coffee that was cold

Staff kept saying the coffee machine is not working properly. Also we had 3 TV's in our apartment but we could only watch 1 chanel instead of each room having its own options.

Exquisite rooms and dinning experience, I really enjoyed the spa within the hotel.

Entrance needs to have signs to notify first time visitors that reception is at level 1 and the morning breakfast staff was completely terrible experience would want to go have breakfast there maybe rather order in the room.

The conceirge service provided by Billy Chetty and his team is excellent. He helped to resolve issue re rebooking of hot balloons and connected us to relaiable driver and tour guide for local tour.

The lighting in the room could be brighter.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent and very easy to get to the Mall especially when one is with the kids

Just the glass door to the bathroom and toilets cutoff some privacy. Nothing major

The room smelled of sewage throughout my stay. The staff initially denied smelling the odour and would not do something about it. Staff from a new shift eventually put some drain cleaner in the drains and the odour got better

The bed was very comfortable . The late check out policy is fair and the rooms are very big. I love that it is located right next to the mall/ in the mall.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel because I requested it to be served in my room but they stated that they charge it as an additional cost despite my room rate including breakfast. I could not go down to the restaurant because I had a small baby so requested that I have the breakfast in my room. Room service takes longer than expected.

The room was amazing Ican have evrything that I needed during my journey, even there was kitchen, I can cook, the room is massive, I got the space that I need I like the Gym

I liked how nice the people were, amazing breakfast.They helped me in an emergency with my son to the hospital.

It was great just that i found 2 cockroaches i the shower and a really bad smell coming from the 2nd toilet.

It’s right in the Sandton Mall. Very secure. I could accommodate family in the two bedroom apartment which felt like home. Cleaners were available everyday.
