In general staff was very friendly and collaborative, ready to help whenever needed. Upon my request, they immediately sorted out problems that we faced with some amenities in the room. Moreover the location is definitley an advantage especially in what regards to safety.

Breakfast location in Michael Angelo´s premises is inconvenient especially for senior guests. Construction works along the night in a nearby location prevented a good night sleep in the last night of my stay

Breakfast was a 10 walk from the hotel inside the Michelangelo...it is worth the walk as the restaruant is the Roar right across from the convention centre. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Free parking too. You just pull up outside and the staff take you card an retrieve it on 10 minutes notice

Unfortunately there seemed to be some work going on in the building so there was banking for a number of hours on 3 monrings

The staff was good and helpful. Room was clean but maybe due to festive season we could hear the noise at night.

The only thing what we didn't like is the breakfast as there is no variety for non beef/pork eater. The only thing that we had was toast and butter as we had enough of eggs everyday. They should think of changing the menu especially for guests who is staying for 12 days!!

We felt extremely comfortable and safe. The staff were so friendly and one of the doormen actually remembers us from our last trip 12 months ago. It's a home away from home and just love staying here. We had breakfast included this time which was really amazing. We were there for just over 2 weeks and again the staff were friendly, remembers our coffee orders after the second day and we loved the food options.

Lerato at the reception was very helpful and friendly. She is great Chris should learn from Lerato to be more helpful and positive.

Breakfast can be really improved. The service isn't great there and very minimal choices. Small issue with the electric board which was fixed immediately. The toilets could have Handheld Toilet Bidet sprayer. For Muslims traveling this is very important.

The location is ideal and property is really spacious and comfortable

The cleaner did not clean the floor every day, some days just make bed and replaced towels only. The breakfast is a good ten minute walk and then made to order which means that I would need to build in an hour for breakfast in the morning.

The reception staff (1 lady in particular) was absolutely unaccomodating and unfriendly. From checking us in to providing necessary information regarding our stay. Lack of customer service and rude attitude. Portraits a bad image for such a beautiful hotel

The place is highly recommend specially when travelling with kids where safety is a major concern. The proximity to the mall made our life easier. The Staff was awesome, starting by the security, the receptionist and management. Super recommendable

very poor cleaning, as during our stay in the main bedroom we found a The piece of men's underwear behind the closet that didn't belong to me probably belonged to the guest who left the hotel. To get to the breakfast location you have to walk a long way as it is in another neighboring hotel.
