Having to walk to the gym through the restaurant. No jacuzzi. Sauna not hot enough

Very good hotel, with all you need for a pleasant stay! Staff is really helpfull and doing their best to help you! Would stay again the next time for sure and can highly recommend it to others.

Breakfast was a little expensive and lobby can be busy during weekdays with business events. Bathroom got quite wet after showering, having a seal on the showerdoor would have been nice. But that's a minor detail.

The fact that I can order breakfast in the room. All staff members were super friendly and very helpful. From the security, reception, cleaners, room service and restaurant. The cleanliness of the room and the interior decor. The iron and ironing board in the room was dope. We felt very safe. The interior decor was beautiful. For 3 days it felt like there is no loadshedding, we loved that.

The breakfast menu did not change for the 3 days. On days I went to the restaurant, some food was finished and all tables were not clean. I regretted paying for breakfast. Netflix was not working and access for the menu was not easy on the scanner. I expected to have a sofa in the room coz it was part on the things mentioned on bookings.com but there was none.

The staff were amazing, especially Karabo (KK) and all of the dining staff. The food was excellent and the entire environment was very friendly and quite homey. Thank you all for a lovely time.

The room cleaning wasn’t very good. We noticed that our garbage wasn’t changed and that the washing shampoo and shower gels were not refilled on various occasions.

The very obvious deliberate attention to creating consistent service experience, through the many little touch points that flow through and connect accommodation, dining, and conferencing / training facilities. All the “little” things add together to a big and impressive experience. Like: ~ the seamless effort that enabled early check in while the venue was very full with the C20 convention, and very comfy room with awesome view; ~ Love the tongue in cheek humor of the amenities and the funny quote subtly put included in the sign for our training room; ~ the training room being generously well equipped, having quality coffee, having a multi plug set up on each table; ~ Great food! And seamless lunches despite large volumes of guests. ~ Overall very well done for a comprehensive Customer Experience.

We book an apartment and it was amazing. Super big and with everything you may need. A washing and dyer machine and a kitchen very well equipped. Room service 24/7, an amazing gym, very nice pool area and a restaurant&bar with very good options Walking distance from Sandton city mall, which is really really good!!!

We did the check in, and when we enter to the room it was a double room, we have to go down to the lobby and explain we had booked (an paid) for an apartment. They asked for the booking confirmation and then change us. I liked everything! But things that could be improved: Having a coffee machine in the room Some blankets for the sofa Washing machine soap for at least one or two rinses and dish soap for the kitchen (we had to buy these last two things for only 4 nights).

The lady who welcomed me at reception Amanda was the best.

The fact that they kept telling me that all tables were reserved for worshop people when we were having our brunch. And also the amount of cigarette smokes I inhaled while seated outside due to all inside table reserved. I asked to be moved inside but the waitress said she will check with the manager while on our brunch then she didn't come ba k.We ended up moving ourselves inside as the outside seating was also cold/windy. infact I forced to sit inside which I felt it was unfair to tell paying customer all tables are reserved but still allowed ne to book me in to sleep there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area where you can enjoy some drinks and food. The breakfast was enjoyable with a lot of variety. The location is close to a mall and restaurants. Overall great experience and would highly recommended to others.

The sauna and steam room in the gym was out of order. We used the laundry service and pants came back without the dirty mark being fully removed. . For the price you pay for this service I would expect such a detail to be taken care of.

The food, Reception staff and gentlemen who welcome you, open doors for you and carry your luggage. The security also goes the extra mile.

Just had a strange experience with the restaurant wherein I was overcharged. Expected to pay R791 including tip of R50. Was charged R831 - did not understand or appreciate that - not about the money but about the principle. Was in room 106 this order was likely Sunday the 25th of May.

The very warm welcome and for my husband’s birthday, they went beyond my expectations to decorate the room. The 24hr room service is a big plus and the food was good. There is also a fitness centre, sauna and spa. Our room was so spacious, beautiful and clean. Every detail was thought of. This is now my go-to place in Joburg, what an amazing stay!
