The location is the best quality for the property. Well located within Sandton. The entire staff is very friendly and professional, they exceeded expectations. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable.

The breakfast is limited and the options could be better prepared. I do not enjoy the offerings. Also dislike that you have to pay for all other hot drinks that aren’t black coffee. Probably the only place I’ve stayed at where you pay for a cappuccino at breakfast. Secondly, this establishment is not a quiet hotel. Sound travels, you can hear people talking on the walkways and the housekeeping trolleys as the day goes. If you are looking for place to quietly recharge this is not the property for you. The place is perfect for those who are up and out. Ideal for the busy travellers who are in town for work or to explore.

In the room they do not provide champagne glasses even when you request one they refused and said you can only get it if you buying from them. The service level when it comes to maintenance, house keeping and restaurant needs a lot of improvement. You have to call them more than twice to get someone to come up to your room. At some point there was no water to flush the toilet. Had to drive out to buy ice Because they couldn’t bring it to my room since l had no cash, requested that the charge be put on the room they refused. Who still carries cash? A lot was not right compare to most hotels l have stayed at.

The b3d was very comfortable. The lady who helped me at the reception maked sure I get king size bed.i loved that an she was so friendly. I felt welcome at the reception

The gala dinner food. I kinda felt dissapointed I felt okare it was just easy an salty Or maybe is the food the host choose .it was dry rice.potatoes were burned. I like my salad with olives,they were not available. But 2025 I am coming for the weekend I want to taste different food.

SECURITY Although locking my room door, I was awakened by a staff member at 02h10am who entered my room. I strongly recommend that NIGHT LATCHES with a CHAIN be fitted to their rooms. HOUSEKEEPING I am still baffled as to how HOUSEKEEPING could fit WET linen on my bed.. very disappointed.

The food was not up yo standard. I ordered a sea food past last night. It was a whole pot of pasta and only two pieces of mussel, hardly and fish and two pieces of prawns that looked burnt. The spaghetti was hard kinda under cooked eish I did not enjoy it at all. For R245 eish it was a waste for. I actually ended up ordering KFC after that meal. I barely touched it. Im sure if you check with your housekeeping they found the whole bowl left in the room. Also the previous night I had ordered Southern comfort and a bucket of ice. When I came back end of day, the room was made up but the dirty glasses n bucket were left in the room

The breakfast was great! The service at Kashew restaurant is a solid 9/10. We ordered dinner at 6pm and asked for the food to be delivered to our room at 8pm and they did just that! The food was nice, ambience, the staff was friendly, the guests too, the location is great! Stayed at room 442, the view was perfect, the bed was so comfortable and spacious, the toiletries, the room has aircon, hairdryer, iron and board.

The cleaning services didn’t attend our room, we had to use yesterday’s towels, and make up our own bed. Ran out of hot beverage supplies and bottled water as well as toilet paper. The TV channels are limited and mostly it’s soccer channels, the mini bar fridge is not as cold as it should be. But either than that, we really had a lovely stay!

Modern finishes, hotel smells amazing, everything is clean, sockets work well, staff is very responsive to requests, the hourly shuttle is very convenient, it is near the mall, daily housekeeping. The property facilities are just amazing.

The fridge wasn’t working properly. Some of my food went bad but besides that everything was great.

A Day Before Me And My Friend Requested An Early Check-in Should It Be Available And We Were Advised That We Had To Pay A Certain Fee In Order For Our Request To Be Granted,This Caught Us By Surprise Because It Was Never Communicated Especially Considering We’ve Been To The Premises Before,Furthermore We Then Opted To Check In At 2pm(Normal Time) And Our Room Was Still Not Ready😩So We Had To Wait Close To 30mins To Be Allocated The Room.
