Location was great not too far from sandton city. room was cleaned everyday with fresh linen. staff were great and on point very helpful at all times.gym was enjoyable. all facilities clean

guests next door were making noise throughout the night. the pool was not clean with algae but managed to swim. tv stations outdated and low quality. consider moving to netflix. no fridge in rooms.

The hotel is in a great location which features many amenities close by and within the hotel itself! Special mention goes out to Innocentia at the reception desk for always being a smiling face willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is amazing and also to Triphena who ensures the rooms are spotless everyday and always has a positive attitude and warm smile

The location was fairly central, but a bit far from where I needed to be. I mentioned this to the manager and he was extremely helpful is assisting me to find somewhere closer to my conference, and allowing me to shorten my booking. The staff were great, always ready to assist.

There was no bottled water in the room, or a fridge, and no convenient water cooler on the floor. If I was thirsty in the night, I would have needed to go to reception for iced water.

The location was very good as I was staying in Johannesburg only for 1 night. 30 min drive from airport and very safe place. The staff was really polite and friendly. We arrived late and ordered dinner in the room which was very nice. Breakfast was full and very nice. I would have been very happy should my stay be longer.

The location was close to the office I needed to be at. The property and grounds was well maintained and clean. I did not partake in the breakfast but the dinner at the hotel was lovely.

There was no bar fridge provided in the room.

The Staff; from security, to front desk and everybody else we encountered were absolutely friendly. Breakfast was great and got us ready for the long day we had ahead of us on New Year's Day.

I didn't like that we only stayed for only 1 night, we will definitely be back :-)

Access to the upper floors is a bit of a hassle when you have heavy luggage as you have to use the stairs. A ramp or a lift would really be helpful. Also the gym door this time around couldn't close properly.

The manager of the restaurant Victor gas a terrible attitude. Victor at the restaurant thought it a much better idea to make me stand and wait for over an hour while he wiped down tables that noone was using before he would assist me in getting the cushions for the seat iwas given

Everything was awesome,from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff to the kitchen all friendly and helpful. The hotel was just 5 minutes from Sandton Convention Centre,which was convenient. Keep up the good work

It was affordable, value for money, very comfortable and conveniently located

The garden services started cleaning up at 8am . That was disturbing. Also there was music playing outside our window, not sure if it was from a car or the gardner
