Inn & out Sandton is always excellent. I have been a regular for some time it has become my second home, I tried other places but inn&out always topped up the list by far..., the stuff, the cleaner the room the securities always up to standard. Its about time they offer me specials I have a home at inn and Out.

The plugs in other rooms are a bit far from the bed, which h makes it hard to work on your laptop, or charge your phone...! Also the lights buttons have not improved yet to be by the head board.

The establishment is at a considerably good location. Closer to the Sandton City Mall, Gautrain and Convention Centre. There is a small restaurant (Brazen Head) directly opposite for those who need a quick meal and drinks. There is stable wifi and netflix in rooms. Hamilton was very helpful and super friendly and helped suggest places to explore, and the gateman helped take care of our bags after checkout as we had stuff to attend to. Thank you!

No tea/coffee stand and fan in the room, no bathroom mats making it messy after every use, no stable tables in the room (we needed to work comfortably)

Room 2 has toilet pipes from the rooms above passing through it and you can hear the noise when someone flushes. Also there is a smell from the Marts in the rooms been long since they shampooed the room. The service was excellent and the staff was amazing and the receptionist was wonderful, what a very professional person she is . If am to come back is because of the exceptional service the receptionist delivered.

The reception stuff was very helpful and friendly. The place was clean.

The cleaning stuff was not that friendly. I asked the lady to give me just a few minutes due to that I was on a call. She wanted to come and Clean. She then told me no she can't cause they have lots of work to do (which I understand) but her attitude when she said it was not okay I ended up saying it's fine just give me fresh towels and leave the cleaning (making of the bed) and taking out the trash.

Location is wonderful, quiet and secure area with good atmosphere. Also conveniently located near attractions and a 5 minute walk shopping mall👌. Hot water anytime, backup generator you don't have to worry about electricity, unlimited wifi and netflix 🤩

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, bedding was not so clean it had stains and the base of the bed was supported by bricks, cement bricks😬. Second one the carpet floors ummm dusty they should just replace them with wooden tiles or ceramic tiles👎. Shower cubicles could be a bit small for plus size people. But overally everything was good especially at this price point.

I like everything about the venue , the room were so clean ,they also served us with tea in the morning which is also something that I like. The place was amazing 🙏😍

The problem is that I didn’t ask about noise restriction and We were celebrating a 21th birthday but the reception lady behaviour was bad towards us.

Very neat. Bed was okay. Very safe and secure. The staff very friendly and professional.

Spend two nights. The first night went very well. The second night, there was some noise, and it kept me awake. More blankets would also be a good idea. I was very cold with the thin duvet.

Very convenient location for a very convenient location. Specially for those who want to have some drinks in Mandela's Square or nearby, and don't worry about the annoying police red blocks

The location of this hotel is so close to Mandela's Square, Sandton City Mall and cosmopolitan nightclubs

The location was good, it was closer to where I attended the event. I didn't ask for breakfast. Everything was good.

Other tenants were making a noise. I wish there could br be a kettle next to the microwave in our rooms because coffee becomes cold from the coffe station to the rooms at the back.

I like that it was near to my work place and near to Sandton city..overall I like the convenience

That they didn’t have the tea stations in our room and I don’t like drinking tea in a plastic cup In the tea stations they didn’t have rooibos and powder milk .. I guess I will appreciate more if we had a tea station in our rooms as well crockery and some utensils
