The safety of the premises, the friendly cheerful nature of the staff especially the security and housekeeping staff, the accessibility to all essentials. Brilliant 👌

We were a family of 6, we paid for 6 however 2 children slept a little uncomfortable i.e one on a couch and 3 on a king size bed... I feel an extra double mattress and bedding should have been provided for them....after all, we did pay for them. The towels were very small and we were given 4 at a time and yet we paid for 6 people. Cutlery and crockery weren't enough either.

It was close to shopping mall and airport. Comfortable room, had good internet.

Basic stuff should be noticed and be amended. For instace, placing bin liner after removing the trash, adding shower gel, putting salt in the kitchen, mop the floor, the curtains at the kitchen window is old and broken. Lastly, i was disappointed when i saw the wraps were removed from the menu. It’s good that you made changes, but i really loved the bacon and chicken wraps.

Location was good, staff were very knowledgeable, the facilities were okay for the price. It's a quiet place, very cosy and comfortable.

My flight got delayed so I asked for an extended check out, there was no one that needed the room, and yet they charged me for another day. I've had this happen to me on other hotels and when nobody needs the room, they let you stay a few extra hours for free. Even when the room is needed they may upgrade you to a new room, and you just pay the difference. That was a huge inconvenience for me, I'm a regular at the hotel, I believe I deserved a better treatment than that.

Like the fact that the accommodation we reserved had 2 separate rooms. It was nice to see that the living room had sofa and working desk. Good that there was kitchen as well, like in a home. Also it is nice that the hotel is located near the shopping mall. There was microwave.

The kitchen didn´t have cooking utensils in case one needed to cook, as well as plates.

I loved the rooms and the location. The space to chill and relax was perfect. I will definately recommend it to my friend and family and I will book again in the future. Nice space for holidays. Even my kind had their nice times.

The towel part I did not like since I am the one who requested them because they were not in the rooms. And when I was requesting I was told that the lady who must deliver the towels is nocking off. But I end up getting them thanks.

it is directly opposite the East Gate Mall, which made it a perfect location for me. i needed to do some shopping and it was ideal. just a walk across and you are in the mall. Accessible to shops/ banking/ food outlet (halal options).

I ordered a taxi via the Mercure, disappointed to see that the driver was not given my flight details. No phone number was communicated to either of us. Ended up taking a taxi from the airport (approved taxi). not a complain as i had an alternative option, just annoyed to arrive at the hotel and to find out the driver was waiting for me at the airport. something the hotel could do better, was to give all the information that i had on my reservation with regards to the time of arrival and flight details, this could have helped. and exchanged with me the drivers details so I could be in contact directly with him upon arrival.

I've stayed here twice now. The staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had an issue with the first room i was given and they changed it immediately. Its located directly opposite the mall so convenient for shopping. Its got a kitchenette so you can cook for yourself if you want.

There were no pots or pans in my room, they brought some the morning i was leaving though. The breakfast is ok and it would be good have some more variety.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The aircons were very disruptive and loud. It literally sounded like an industrial machine was in the room. Although the aircon was on and the temperature was set to cool, it kept reverting back to a higher temperature. Unfortunately, it was absolutely hot and the aircon made it worse. Felt like I was in a furnace.

The hotel was perfect, everyone was super polite and it was just across from a famous shopping mall.

Although it was nice of the staff to tidy stuff in the room during cleaning, I don't enjoy someone moving my things around as I have them where I want them to be, plus they didn't recognise one of my bags being a trash bag and they put stuff away in it, so I had to go through all my garbage, food leftovers included, to see what they've put inside in order to not lose any of my stuff in the process. So please don't make significant changes to the way people have scattered their stuff in the room.

The room was spacious. I accidentally locked myself out of the room and was comfortably assisted. I was also worried about my safety and the hotel staff put me at ease. Great stay!

Everything was fine. I fortunately managed to score a decent price on booking.com . If it was not for that price I would not have been able to afford to stay a night.
