Friendly staff. Nice location

Some of the things are broken in the rooms. 1. Shower head broken 2. Pedestal broken 3. Toilet roll holder broken n no toilet roll in 1 unit 4. Toilet pan did not have a cover 5. 1 window cannot close 6. The 1 room had Lampshade but no plug point available to plug it in 7. Towel holder is broken 8. Toilet door handle is broken 9. Sink tap handle is broken

Their curtacy and etiquette, out of this world. It's surprising that an institution may achieve to recruit literally all excellent staff from their general assistant, security, reception, kitchen. I liked the fact that my daughter and I were attending my son's Graduation at University of Johannesburg, We arrived later than check in time, yet warmly welcomed. I was feeling discomfort and not feeling well when driving from the university to the venue, due to stomach ache. The Super Chef tailor made my supper to suit my condition. During breakfast I watched my daughter indulge in their well balanced breakfast. The Chef again prepared my oats and herbal tea. It was rainy and cold. My daughter and I felt the warmth, we wanted to extend our stay, but I needed to consult for my health. We were surprised to find our car washed clean ❤️.

I didn't like the road from University of Johannesburg towards the venue. It might be due to the fact that we did not know the place well, we navigated and we got a road with potholes.

Breakfast was perfect i enjoy...the staff was so frndly...my room was very neat...nd it safe.....staff i like your hospitality plz keep it up .you are doing very ..gud job....nd i am luking forward to come back again🤣bar man i salute you🤜receptionist the guy who welcome us wth a respect..i salute u🤜the lady was cleaning my room day shift on sunday..i salute u...luv u .tnx for taking a gud care of your guest❤️❤️

Everyting was perfect.i hv no comment..

We checked in early and the room was not quiet clean - the staff dealt with our queries efficiently and we ended up being upgraded

We got lost a bit but a guy from reception managed to assist us over the phone.

Breakfast , they prepared breakfast with bacon without checking with us first if we eat bacon or not and after we informed the waiter that we do not eat bacon , they just removed it from our plates and did not replace it ,so basically we paid for two eggs( they didn't even ask how we like our eggs to be done) beans ,small piece of sausage, and two slices of bread.

The price I had in bookin is not the same as the price I paid when I get to the venue

The attitude with their security was not right especially during the day the night shift security and reception was good during check in

Had the best vacation. The receptionist Elizabeth and the Chef were outstanding very accommodative and welcoming

There was no backup water supply, there was no water im the fridge , there were no cups and spoons for tea yet all tea and coffee stuff is there...

The basin is way too small.

It was clean the bed was very comfortable, staff was very helpful they even washed our car the morning before we departed.

Nothing to do with the hotel outside the hotel in the streets was very noisy.

The place is clean,reception up to standand ,the reception guy was so professional ,his a guest expect he make you feel home he handles everything with confident he solve problem so easy he know his job his the best ,everything was good breakfast was oh high standard,the house keeping they where so proffession rooom wher sparking thank you for a lovely stay i problem chase me out is wifi i stay 3 days without making business bcz the wifi could not lift my laptop

Wifi is so poor i ended up leaving was suppose to stay a month doing business. But bcz wifi was a problem i even take my laptop to reception the girls there fail to connect my phone and my laptop in wifi i have to go eastgate everyday pay wifi do business there which was not fair after paying for everything in the hotel when i was checking out i told the reception guy im going bcz of wifi he took my laptop connect same time which was too late i was already booked in bruma and i was leaving bcz of wifi problem which i reported for 3 days but no help from ladies in reception
