The location is good - near to the airport. The keys were handed to us by Security as we arrived late in the evening. The gentleman assisted us in carrying some of our luggage up to the floor where we were booked into. In a gated area and the actual property security was good. The apartment was spotlessly clean, as were the corridors and staircases. There is everything you need to be comfortable - there is a full stove with oven and extractor fan. Cleaning materials were available and the bath towels were beautifully white as was the linen. Iron and ironing board available as well. Refreshment sachets were available. The bed was very comfortable. There is a small "lounge" separate from the bedroom which was a plus. There is a garden area where one could sit and even have a picnic or braai.

There was a fan in the apartment but, it did not work - no air conditioner either. It was a very hot night temperature wise. We managed to get 2 small high and one large window open - one large one was stuck - which did give some relief, but not enough. This was reported to the receptionist the next morning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and well equipped and in a security complex.

The location isn't so great. Opposite a very busy intersection so it was quite noisy in the mornings. It was also a bit chilly, especially in the bathroom and main bedroom.

The apartments are close to a shopping complex where takeaways are available should you not want to cook. However, the units themselves are set up for home cooking should you so desire. It's located very close to the airport, so it's the perfect stopover for travelers.

Everything was excellent, and the things that did not meet my expectations is out of the hands of the staff and owners of the property. A mattress that's too firm is hardly anything to gripe about, since many people love firm mattresses. So, if I were to complain, I would be nitpicking. Personal preference is seldom a fair yardstick.

The staff was so polite and everyone was very nice to us. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like advertised pictures. The yard is very clean and the garden is well taken care of. Despite the lack of aircon in the apartment that I booked, there are ceiling fans, and the rooms are generally cool! All kitchen utensils are available, including a large refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, and kettle. A true home away from home! I will come back for another stay when I am in the area.

The staff were so friendly and accomodating starting from the security, reception and the cleaners. Everyone will go out of their way to help, keep it up guys. What's on pictures don't change when you arrive.

Everything was perfect so much that there's no room for complaints.

I've been to the place for more than once I like the place.

I received a call few hours after I've left, asking me about the towel that they couldn't find. And I told them to check it again, of which they find it. So am not happy about it ,it felt as if I was being accused of stealing the towel. CLEANERS SHOULD MAKE SURE THEY CHECK EVERYTHING PROPERLY BEFORE RUNNING TO REPORT THAT GUEST ARE STEALING.

The apartments are very very spacious. More than the pictures show and it’s fairly modern as well and the bedrooms are simple but great! It’s close to most malls like Bedford, Eastgate, Greenstone and the staff was really friendly.

Everything is fine really. I have no real complaints.

Spacious and well appointed

When contacted for arrival times the office did not provide an invoice or request payments. Instead on arrival I was told we couldn't have the keys until the payment was made to a bank account scribbled on a piece of paper. I made note that I was on crutches, however we were given a first-floor unit, with no lift!

The location is good, next to the major freeway and shops. The place is very quiet and private

Door to the bathroom from the bedroom was locked. The pillows were not as comfortable as they were in the previous room

The location is close to the airport, nice garden, it is a full apartment with self-catering property. The kitchen has all facilities one may need to cook. We arrived a bit early and the host kindly helped us having our room cleaned earlier. The price is very reasonable and value for money. Overall I am happy with my stay.

The kettle in our room needs to be changed. There are steps, so consider in case of having heavy luggages or traveling with the elderly.
