The location was excellent, very close to most of the places we needed to visit. I also really appreciated the coffee available all day, the fridge that was not in the room but we were allowed to use, and the friendly staff who were always willing to assist.

The cleaning service was done very late, to the point that even when I wanted to return to my room around 1pm, it was still not cleaned. This was very inconvenient.

Everywas so kind and help full we loved it and my son enjoyed it too.

The only complaint I would say is that there is some maintenance that needs to be done. Room 208 the toilet keeps running you have to press it twice to make it stop, the lights by the beds did not work, the aircon in the room was also broken. I have to say that it didn't really bother us as we had a wonderful time but I do think it should be addressed.

Well I got value for the money that I had paid. The rice was so comfortable that it enabled me to group of friends and business associates.

Despite what I said, sleeping on a lower bed gave me challenge. I was always banging my head against the bed that is on top and the challenge as that I was scared to sleep on a higher bed for of falling.

I really liked their friendly and helpful staff.

Everything went smoothly enough, with the exception of school groups that mix up with leisure clients. I would expect such groups to have their own floor because they have the potential to spoil the experience through noise, or their superiors should sternly remind them that not every guest at the resort is a schoolchild.

Room set up and interiors are superb. Very nice,it shows how much you value the comfort of your clients. Pleasant staff. They are friendly and have good customer service.

Showers needs thorough cleaning ,normalise to bleach or scrab off moulded areas A room needs a kettle station please,i would prefer to wake up to a cup of coffee/tea in my room.

Was there breakfast?? I left the premises at 7:30. I would have appreciated a blanket because it was cold. It was the day that snowed in KZN. The weather was crazy in all the provinces. Off course the heater helped but i cannot have it on while sleeping.

I know it spring but again blanket and hot beverage in the room would have made a difference. Also the elevators.

The location was very much convenient for us to the Airport as we had a very early flight to catch . Everything went well after a very good night sleep .

The people The receptionists were very friendly and they advised me better overall service they provided was exceptional and the helpers made sure we get clean and fresh towels

The leaks some taps are leaking especially the basin i had to wipe time and again

Did not utilise the Breakfast service. Location was excellent for my needs - catching a flight the next day.

The TV remote was not working. So I was back to old style of getting up and switching channels on the TV. Actually, much as this observation is put in this box, it is a healthy practice to get up and switch channels rather than lying back and flipping around on the remote control!!

Close to airport. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good security. Excellent location for an airport stay

The extra blanket on the bed was a bit old and worn. If a nicer extra blanket were to be provided, it would lift the tone of the room
