Didn't have breakfast

Didn't have breakfast as the food was only for limited numbers. We were not advised that we need to book breakfast as well The room is congested/too packed but the bed was comfortable. Only one plug for the kettle in the room, so if you both needed to charge it was a challenge. Perhaps extension cord with multiplugs should be provided? The stairs are a thumbs down for me for people that struggle with arthritis and other ailments that makes going through the stairs a challenge The price we paid should have included breakfast at least for the small room that we got

Convenient location and affordable price

The organizing at breakfast was a disaster. Every morning we had to request coffee mugs, plates or utensils. If there were more than five people at breakfast you had to request when the eggs of other items were finished and only then were they cooked which took time. Managers must get more involved and see when items are getting low and preempt their requirements.

a wonderful experience, i will always use the road lodge as a first choice for quality, cleanliness, hospitable and affordable accommodation in any part of the country.

I think the breakfast was overpriced which is why I did not purchase it and instead went elsewhere for breakfast. Although everything else was really nice. it would be nice if a few items of cutlery could be kept in the rooms for takeaways

The Road Lodge group consistently offer good value for money. The location suited me for my business trip. There is secure parking. The cleanliness standards in the hotel are always good and the staff helpful and friendly.

I have been using the Road Lodge for years and have no complaints. One cannot expect champagne facilities on a beer budget. One gets what one pays for.

Rooms were clean and security outside was perfect especially where we left our car.

The staff at the kitchen were not welcoming. We were at the counters at 850am the staff looked at us and said it was closed. Its not making sense where checkout is 10am and breakfast finishes at 9am. Please align

The staff were very friendly since i was not farmiliar with the area esp the receptionist gentlement om duty that night the lady at the breqkfast mhhh the foid very fresh and taste good

Though ma room was a standard room but it was too hot ,no phone to call reception incase of emergency or to ask somethin ,no bin throu away used staff like sweets had to improvize with one in the bathroom

We had problem with our room key getting into our room twice rejected , but the front desk was very helpful to get us In to our room and was available when we needed them. Thanks

Maybe just move the aircon, during the night was extremely hot and the aircon being so far from the bed was a bit of an issue Also maybe check batteries in the TV remote

I loved the location because it was near to the clinic I was doing my medicals from.The stuff were very friendly too.

I didn't like the fact that the mag cups and drinking glasses were washed in our bathroom sink by one of the house keeping lady.

The staff was very friendly and accommodative. The room was clean and tidy. Khumbulani offered me exceptional service, he made my stay at Road Lodge Isando the best.

The linen was not entirely clean, I found hair in the sheets as I was going to sleep. They could also add a hand soap in the bathroom, shower gel and hair conditioner if possible, and allocate irons in each room please.

The buffet was excellent I loved everything, the whole stay a the property, the food the staff. it was a beautiful experience. I hope to stay there again in the near future.
