Service from Picanah stuff is the best, The check -in process was swiftly done without any issues even though we checked in late at night. The cleanliness of the room and their neatly done beds are what impressed me the most. I will go back anytime if I ever need a sleepover in Heidelberg.

For my stay nothing I can complain about.

Picanha Guesthouse is a real gem. We were looking for a place outside of Johannesurg to spend a relaxing weekend with our puppies and Picanha exceeded our expectations. Everything was great, and there is a big garden which gave our puppies lots of place to run around, and it is in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Would definitely go back there.

The property itself is lovely, our room was very spacious and had everything we needed for our overnight stay.

It was nearly impossible to contact the property before our stay for a query we had about our arrival time. No emails or phone calls were answered in the days leading up to our stay. We did eventually get a response as a WhatsApp message the night before we arrived which was much appreciated.

It was very convenient, safe, accessible to everything, gas station, food, quite place. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was good.

The towels were not clean there were brown marks, its old.

The staff gave a warm welcome. Very personable and although busy they were always happy to help with a smile.

We booked 5 rooms, I loved the fact that we could stay together as a family (we were visiting from all over SA and had family visiting from NZ). We enjoyed the use of the very spacious kitchen and outside braai facilities /area

The hostess was very friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean and perfect for a stay over. We went to a wedding near by and had no issues coming and going from the property.

Breakfast was not included in the price.

Would have liked to have a coffee corner, fresh milk and water in the room.

The rooms allocated were better than my previous stay, beds were comfortable
