AMAZING!!! We were greeted with smiles and happiness. Since we stepped into the venue, it was pure bliss. Staff is so friendly, the room was big, clean and comfortable. We had phenominal views from our suite! Sunrise in bed and wine on the terrace with sunset. Breakfast also 5 star. Highly recommend! This will, from now on, be our only choice when staying in Jeffrey's. Thank you to everyone at Dio Dell Amore 😍 (PS I never write a review, but this exceeded our expectations in every way)

Dio Dell Amore is a beautiful property, like an Italian villa in Tuscany. Louise is a wonderful host, friendly and helpful, and full of information about the property and the area. The breakfast is hearty, healthy and delicious! The property has a lot of charm and is beautifully appointed. The gardens are manicured and tastefully laid out. Overall, out short stay at Dio Dell Amore was very enjoyable and relaxing.

Nothing; it was all wonderful.

The guest house has everything you need, honesty bar, pool, nice outside area, good breakfast. We had a room upgrade, so we enjoyed the stunning view of the ocean and river delta. Room was super spacious. Location might not be closest to Jeffreys Bay, but the surroundings and views beats it. Jeffreys Bay is lovely town.

It's more like a preference than a dislike. Since our room was huge, it had several windows of various sizes, not all had curtain. For us it was bit too bright in the morning. Also, bathtub and shower in the room might be interesting, but maybe it's not our cup of tea. Those things did not affect our stay.

Firstly, the location is neighbouring horse stables where one can book rides on the beach. The house has the feel of a Tuscan villa in Italy, and makes one immediately feel like you are far away. The garden is truly magical and lastly the staff is amazing and extremely flexible, for e.g. breakfast times etc. The breakfast was also wholesome and amazing.

First of all, a big Thank You to Louise and Amari for their excellent hospitality. We felt welcomed all the way. This is a beautiful property with magnificent views of the ocean. For anyone even remotely interested in Cape flora, the garden is a delight - feels like a nature reserve in itself. Amazing breakfasts. Every need of ours was tended to with passion and this we appreciated very much.

Nothing to dislike here...sit on the balcony with a coffee and watch the sunrise over the Indian Ocean.

This was a very beautiful place built in old Italian style. Lots of interesting decor (including a indoor pool under the main staircase filled with carp !) Lovely spacious garden with swimming pool and quiet places to relax. Fantastic views over the estuary. The breakfasts were exceptional but the most praise most go to the staff who were so welcoming and helpful.

Louise had an infectious smile and super personality, she made us feel very welcome, there was incredible attention to detail, with special little touches to everything. The place had a sort of castle look and feel, and if you like that sort of feel, the place is for you. My wife and I felt it more than met our expectations, and was a great way to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary.

Great find just on the edge of Jeffrey‘s Bay. This family run B&B is built in the style of an Tuscan villa from Italy and looks and feels a bit like a medieval castle inside: Earth tones all around, terracotta tiles, mosaic inlays, worn wood and so on. You can clearly see this house is a passion project of the owners who must have done quite a bit of construction themselves. If you are looking for that „old European“ look and feel in J-Bay this is definitely the place to be. Breakfast was tasty as well.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Property situated on large grounds with beautiful gardens and an indoor Koi Pond. A large comfortable room and bed.

The doors to the bedroom had glass panels, obscured by curtains but still gave a feeling of a lack of privacy and ingress of light from the passageway at night.

Beautiful location. Loved the fact that the setting was a little bit different than just a normal building. Room spacious, with a stunning view! More than big enough breakfast.

Shower is not the best. Due to the fact that it is open, water went all over the bathroom. Shower also did not drain well. But even with this, happy to stay there again.
