It's OK. Clean. Nice decor. Lovely restaurant roof... Comfortable bed. Strong wifi. Friendly reservationist.

Checkin was long... waited way too long for bookings.com to interface to their system. All i wanted was spinach and feta omelet...guess what... no spinach 😫. The chef was really awesome and improvised... but.. I wish there was some spinach somewhere in that kitchen. Small details... being told I couldn't take coffee to my room and being offered a to go cup... and being "allowed" to take cup to room ...was annoying. Why would cups not be allowed in the room when there are already cups ...in the rooms. Please help guests with luggage... without being asked....it's hospitality after all.

The rooms were clean, food was great and stuff more accommodating.

The carpets are old and a bit smelly. I enjoy a shower but the one in my room of stepping in the bath tub. When you finish with shower the whole bathroom and toilet floor are soiled of water. Also can you also put a bottle or two of water in the rooms. Lastly I had a room facing the road, could not sleep the whole night cos of the noise of cars and people on the road

Everything was good. Atleast we should be allowed to take 1 muffin as a take away reason being some of us don't like to eat sweet things during breakfast.

Hotel ambience was nice and staff was very friendly and cooperating. We had family rooms and both the Rooms were nicely cleaned.. Wi-Fi was also good Breakfast was also great.

Only the Bathrooms in the Hotel are small, without separate shower area. They have showers installed above the Bathtubs.

Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice shower. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the gym facilities. It was what we expected and we weren't disappointed.

The coffee facilities in the room could use an upgrade.

The room was extremely hot when we got there and we struggled to get it cooled down. The air conditioning was too loud. Room service also came to clean our room while we were at breakfast and we couldn’t return to the room we had to sit in the voyeur till check out.

No stopper for the bath in my room, no shampoo and the room looked like it had been used just before our arrival.

Clean hotel. Food secure parking. Spur Steakhouse next door as part of thd hotel. Very good breakfast. Staff very accommodating. Pool facilities but we didn't use it.

Bar could have a bit more character

It is a decent hotel. I have no complaints about it whatsoever. I would recommend it without a doubt.

I found everything acceptable. The staff and management are doing a great job indeed.

Delicious breakfast options and excellent location! The room was clean and neat. We enjoyed the Spur restaurant downstairs.

There was no stopper in the bathtub. The aircon unit is quite loud.
