We were met and care for with amazing hospitality. Everyone were so friendly and accommodating. The general facilities and upkeep were very good, neat and clean. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, even during the chilly evenings. The bed was extremely spacious and super comfortable - we had an amazing sleep after a long day. The evening was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was hearty, generous and delicious; and very well organized.

The wifi was very slow and limited to inside of the room. The wifi signal disappeared on the patio of the room. The filter coffee was disappointing at breakfast as it was very weak as if instant coffee and water were mixed and added to the filter pots. The dirt road getting to and from the property was a disaster though and made for a very uncomfortable and slow drive. We have a mini SUV but felt like we needed a 4x4 to cope with the extremely rough and bumpy ride from the consistent ridges on the surface. Though this is not a reflection of the accommodation as this is out of their control.

HUGE RECOMMENDATION: Foreva Wild, Dinokeng Game Reserve. Friends, we had THE best time at this lodge this weekend! Dinokeng is a Big 5 Game Reserve right here in Gauteng and Foreva Wild is a Lodge located in Dinokeng. From the moment we arrived we were treated like celebrities. The staff are AMAZING and clearly pride themselves on going the extra mile. We spent the afternoon in the gorgeous pool right outside our cottage. And speaking of the cottage, it's a HUGE two bedroom apartment with interleading door, and each room has it's own en suite bathroom. After spontaneouslt washing our car, Graham (I assume he's something like a butler) asked what time we wanted to braai, and at exactly 6pm he lit our fire for us, and once it was ready he asked for our meat and proceeded to braai for us! And while he was busy, the ladies prepared a beautiful table for us. All we had to do was sit down and enjoy our meal. No mess, no fuss! Keep in mind that this is a self catering Lodge! Dinner is not offered, the staff prepared our own dinner for us. Then this morning we sat down to a magnificent breakfast - which was included. I can't recommend this beautiful place highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1. The property was very clean, staff were very friendly, room was lovely, animals all around us and walking outside of the property. A very unique, relaxing experience. The facilities were 10/10. 2. There is a lot to do on site, lots of restaurants around, there is a swimming pool, library and reading area, pool table etc. 3. This is definitely a place that people should visit, because words cannot explain how awesome it is, only experiencing it yourself makes a person understand just how wonderful it is.

We had a lovely stay at Foreva Wild. Everything was perfect. Compliments to Sarah and Frans for exceptional service. And hugs to Sugar. 🐕 The hostess went out of her way to make our Mother's Day retreat very special. A huge welcoming gift was waiting for me in the room. What made it even more special was that it was my birthday. We enjoyed a private BBQ on our stoep. The breakfast was divine, with yet again, two special treats for Mother's Day! Just awesome. The setting and location was perfect. Thank you very much for hosting my husband and I.

There was nothing not to like. No complaints.

It’s a very beautiful and well maintained guesthouse. Location is perfect to explore the Dinokeng Reserve with guided tours or self-drive. There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the guesthouse and a nice pool+barbecue area. The staff is very helpful, I have really appreciated that they sent a lot of suggestions and recommendations about our stay in advance. Because of the load-shedding stage at that moment, the AC didn’t work the whole night. First we were worried about that because we arrived just in the middle of the heatwave, but it was actually alright, we slept well, because the fan was enough and nights get fresh. There was an issue with the fan in our room when we arrived, but fortunately the staff quickly found a solution for us. Also, delicious breakfast with generous portions. And a nice beautiful cat lives there.

Beautiful lodge with wild animals roaming around the fence line. Room was comfortable, clean and with everything you need, staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast was great.

FOREVA WILD was a very pleasant surprise, especially the stoep that was part of the room. We had a lovely view and saw wild animals from the comfort of comfortable chairs. The staff are excellent and the breakfast the time that we want to eat. The owner is a lovely woman and tend to our needs. There are a swimming pool and playground for the kids. It is safe and beautiful maintained. They wil see us soon!

There is nothing that we did not like.

Very peaceful which is exactly what I needed, perfect getaway. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful, thank you so much Sarah, you added a little joy to my time away

The shower was a bit of a mission to figure out, either too hot or too cold. But everything else was truly perfect

The place was situated perfectly. The staff were so welcoming. It was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was perfect! The service was just really good.

They use horrible cheap toilet paper and I know its for the sceptic tank, but I know for a fact you can do better. Also the WIFI not too great. And when the host warns you about the thin walls - She means it

Great location in a big 5 game reserve which was only 1 hour's travel from Pretoria. Accommodation was spotless and very comfortable - we stayed in the upstairs room with a balcony. Staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. Great information was provided about the game reserve and things to do/places to eat and visit. Will definitely be back when we can and would highly recommend.
