Location, lots of actvity for children, heated swimming pool, spa, friendly staff. Tuk-tuk services also upgraded in terms of no waiting.

Children running in corridors late at night knocking on doors and windows was a disturbance. Interior - although heaters were provided, we would have appreciated a floor carpet in the lounge area just to take off the coldness in the unit - maybe small runners on each side of the beds also, especially in winter. Outside - the handle of the sliding door were just hanging on 2 very rusty screws....defintely needing some maintenance.

Spacious and comfortable unit. Very clean. sitting and sleeping areas. I normally find spider webs or dirt behind beds at other resorts but NOT here. Barbecue spotless. We enjoyed the heaters on the cold winter nights....very thoughtful additional comfort item. My wife normally travels with her own sheets but when she saw the quality of yours, she was happy not to change bedding. Excellent view of resort, harbour and lagoon. Sent my daughter pictures and she wants to visit Club Mykonos when next in South Africa. She's currently in Europe. Nice size TV and DSTv to catch up on news. Everything was in working order.

Bath shower was a bit tight on space.

We enjoyed the amount of activities offered for the kids. Very safe environment and comfortable chalets. Loved the private beach. Everything you need is in the resort. No need to go out at all. The tuk tuk was also a bonus to get to different parts of the resort. Very friendly staff and cleaners.

The place could do with better cleaning. Wipe windows and door handles that were sticky..Especially the veranda. Had to call housekeeping to ask them to clean the veranda on two occasions.

Beautiful views, the pictures shown does not compare to real time experience. Awesome and friendly staff. Super safe and comfortable environment. The house was equipped with everything you need and more.

I requested a box at the restaurant my family and I lunched at for the left over food, when the waiter arrived with the box I opened it and there was a family of roaches, I informed the waiter and she gave me another box in which I could still see dead roach remains. I payed for my meal and left immediately. Everything else was perfect except my experience at this restaurant.

We recently stayed at Club Mykonos and had a wonderful time. The resort offers a wide range of activities for kids, and the beach is very safe for play. The entire place feels secure, and it's incredibly convenient to have Laguna Mall right next door for anything you might need. The staff at the resort were super helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Initially, we booked a sea-front room, expecting to enjoy the sound of the waves. However, during the cold and rainy winter, it wasn’t much fun staying just above the crashing waves. We requested a change to a sea-view room, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The view was stunning, and the accommodation was great. We will be returning in the summer to experience everything this wonderful resort has to offer in better weather.

Very disappointed that the warm water pool heat pump had a problem for 3 days out of the 4 days we were there. We particularly choose club Mykenos every December as we don’t swim in cold water pools. On the Monday we arrived the water was amazing and hot from Tues to Thurs the water was cold. I did mention this to Melissa at the desk who advised there was a problem in the roof with the heating system and they test the temperature it was below the normal heat.

We loved the entire place , it was wonderful.

The one thing we didn't like was sitting on the balcony silent whispering because we had kids sleeping in the next room , security knocked on our door while others around us was making a noise being the last night , security aggressively accused us on making a noise which we were not , it wasn't what the gentleman and lady said it was how he said it , he told me partner to silence me " Hou Vir haar still" very aggressive , I didn't appreciate it at all . I work in hospitality and there is a way to approach people .short man , square glasses and on a power trip or it seemed that way , wayyy to aggressive. He spoke down to us like we were gum under his shoe . I didn't appreciate it nor will I tolerate such treatment at a place we paid to be and was following the rules of the same .

The location is absolutely stunning, the close and private proximity to the beach was fantastic. The amenities are suitable for both adults and children. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The range of options of restaurants within the resort and the convinence of having braai facilities in your apartment was excellent. You don't even need to leave the resort, you have all the entertainment you need inside.

Since it is autumn it does get chilly in the evenings it was great that they offered extra blankets and the oil heater but when turned on, it constantly switched the main switch which wasn't great as it helped keep the apartment warm.

Wonderful family orientated resort. Lots of activities, enjoyed playing tennis and hot and cold pools. Great variety of restaurants.

The unit next door to ours was undergoing renovations and there was a lot of noise. This made it unpleasant to be in the unit on one of the days we were wanting to rest. We contacted reception and although they attempted to contact the builder to stop work earlier, there was no resolution or any compensation offered for us not being able to spend the afternoon in our room.

The room was beautiful and clean.We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Our room was above the restaurant and the Saturday was a little noisy(we have a toddler) but we were still able to sleep without issues.

The fact we had a gas braai instead of a fire braai.Wasnt aware of this prior or when we book on.Also no instructions on how to use it safely. Other than that we were extremely happy 😊
