Location is excellent - close to the beach with stunning views from the ground patio and upstairs room balcony. Charming apartment was clean and neat with most amenities in place, except no oven in the kitchen - but there is an air fryer to make up for it. Within walking distance of the Waterfront and the main street with all the shops and stores. Host gave us great tips about Paternoster which was very useful. Great place to stay if you want a peaceful and restful holiday.

The self-catering apartment is separate from all the other rooms with own entrances so there was some privacy but it would have been better if there was complete privacy.

The accommodation has a very good price-performance ratio. It is functionally furnished and has everything you need. Breakfast was brought to the B&B by Michael, always with fresh fruit! The two hosts are super friendly and welcoming and are always ready to give tips. We were very impressed that they specifically advised us not to buy lobsters on the street - illegally - in order to protect the marine stocks!

Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly smiles and shown to our accommodation which was so lovely. Our small flatlet was really spacious, well laid out, airy and with enough natural light to not even notice loadshedding. Our host was so charming and explained the ins and outs of Paternoster, where to eat and what to look out for. I had safe parking for my car and the whole experience felt safe and cosy I was so pleasantly surprised when our breakfast arrived (at 8h30am, promptly, exactly as we requested) - FRESHLY baked bread, still warm with butter and jams, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juice, plus coffee and ample milk and cereals - five star treatment AND brekkie We loved walking down the glass bottle path to the beach and also discovered that we were walking distance from the Paternoster Wharf where we discovered some really beautiful art - TONS to see and awesome restaurants. I can't wait to take my wife to Paters Haven for a Break away. Definitely worth it Thanks guys for making us feel welcome!

The view from the upstairs bedroom was magnificent, you could see both sunrise and sunset every day.The tranquility of the setting is something that you would dream about. The drive to the beach was two minutes and the you could very easily walk there. The closeness to town was a breeze. The house has all the amenities and comfort.

The room was exactly as portrayed in the booking. Access to the beach was very easy. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good. Location was good for a few restaurants and Michael had provided a guide to the restaurants of Paternoster.

Very nice room, spacious with small kitchen. Very well equipped. Big and comfortable bed. Very pleasant stay.

On Booking.com it said that the rate included breakfast. After booking, the first communication mentioned a basic, small continental breakfast. That should be mentioned before booking. Breakfast was mediocre, most items served decoration. Although the amount was ok and the warm bread was nice, it could be a bit more diverse. Even addition of a boiled egg and a slice of ham would already have been very nice.

Very clean. Very cosy. The host is very informative. Breakfast was delicious.

I don't know if the owners have control over this, but thundering noise made by the birds on the roof at about 6am in the morning forces you to wake up. Like I said it could be out of the owner's control. Overall place was excellent.

Beautiful, well appointed house, in a good position in Paternoster. Wonderful rooms, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We will certainly go back again

Paters Haven is a must stay place. walking distance from the beach and a very nice view. The hosts make you feel at home and the freshly baked bread is a winner. The breakfast is something to die for and exceptional. I would really recommend staying here. 10/10!!!
