The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

The communication from the management needs attention - the New Years eve function/ braai necessities was not properly communicated to us. As a result, we could not buy meat because the shops closed early on the day leaving us no choice but to cancel our attendance. Furthermore, we were not informed that the cleaning staff was off for the day on New Years day, leaving the room uncleanness for the day. We were not informed that the swimming pool is unavailable due to maintenance/ repairs.

The breakfast was rather poor especially the second day when there were more people. They don’t have a coffee machine and the sachets of Ricoffee really isn’t nice. There is also no toaster. We needed to ask to toast our bread and then they took it to the wrong table.

Chalet photos didn't live up to what u received. Chalets need a revamp. Too many things need fixing. From ceilings to tiles to a decent paint.

I loved how they treated me like a human being and addressed anything I raised. The room was excellent with beautiful view of the ocean. The waitress volunteered room because the dining hall was cold no extra charge. The shower is something to write home about.

Don't order the soup of the day

The staff was very friendly from the very first day we stepped in.Simmie the waitress just puts the cherry on top She's awesome,made us feel right at home,lovely personality.

Nothing that I didn't like at the hotel Everything was just great.

We would have liked some music in the pool room and the air con to be on as it was boiling there. Even some soft music in the restaurant while you have dinner would be lovely. Otherwise, everything else was superb.

That the pool was out of order. The one staff member kept speaking Afrikaans to us and we spoke English.

The fact that we could hardly used the wifi, and tv on and off. The fact that we were confronted/asked about how many towels were in the bathroom on our last day. ..was very upsetting for both me and my husband.

Restaurant was brilliant. Friendly staff and value for money. Good central location

Chalet is a bit shabby but clean. Could spruce up the garden a bit. But fine for what you pay

Very friendly staff. One stop entertainment. Peaceful, just the rest we needed away from the busy buzz of our lives.

There were no amenities in the bathroom i.e. shampoo soap showercap.

Staff were very guest-orientated. Very friendly and forth-coming. Parking easy. Most places had a sea view. We appreciated strong reading lights in the bedroom.

The freezer worked but should have been defrosted. They could have had more info about the area.
