We had lovely sea views from our rooms and could sit outside and enjoy the scenery. We did not make use of the pool, but in summer it would be most welcome. The bed was comfortable and the room well equipped for our needs, other than shelf space in the cupboard which was non-existent. The staff were most helpful, and breakfast was enjoyable.

The water pressure was fairly low in the shower.

The location is very nice and there is a view of the sea. I am glad we stayed a Sunday night as the room was very close to the restaurant but the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings so it was quiet.

The towels need to be changed, they are very thin and hard and its time for a change. The breakfast set up could have been explained better. A menu was given with prices on which made me think that breakfast wasnt included but it was.

Our room was lovely and had some outdoor space, although not private, it was convenient to the room (No 5) by the pool area, which although we didn't use on this visit, looked very nice. It had a huge double walk in shower, very nice, good size fridge & satellite TV and huge comfy bed. I mentioned that we were there for our anniversary, and they surprised us with some romantic decorations, balloons, bubbles & a fruit platter, was really lovely. Breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. It's in a great location, we walked to restaurants, down to the beach, to the wine tasting wine bar and the shops in the town & the Waterfront complex isn't too far either.

I really would prefer larger mugs, guesthouses & hotels always seem to give you tiny little cups in the room. A couple of glasses in the bathroom & wine glasses & water glasses in the room would have been useful too.

Love Love Love! Will def be back. Besides the amazing view this places assets are their staff. Exceptional service and the best of them all was Donna! She goes above and beyond give this lady a raise!! Thank you so much for the amazing Christmas lunch and breakfasts. I have no complaints.

Small suggestion is a little maintenance such as a the broken shelf in the shower. But nothing major.

We had a lovely stay at Paternoster Lodge! The staff were friendly and very accommodating, I would like to mention that Donna was an absolute star and assisted us with a few extra details which we really appreciated. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone wanting a break away and true relaxation.

Breakfast selection was good and service friendly. Had various options to choose from.

Shower of the unit was not in working order on arrival. Cold water and not in working condition. Reported that next morning and it was fixed. Display Escom power cuts at reception for all guests to take note of. The check out was disappointing as the reception staff did not ask us about our stay and no effort was made to invite us back. Maybe an evaluation form should be introduced to guests to rate their stay and make suggestions to improve the overall experience. Propose that an extra bin be placed in the bathroom. (rubbish) Promote the restaurant menu to all stay-in guests. Put menu in rooms for guests.

Fantastic location, within walking distance of a few restaurants and the beach. They have an in-house restaurant as well with a beautiful view. We had breakfast and dinner there which were very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious and was cleaned each morning.

The restaurant closed a bit earlier than stated once or twice however there are other bars and restaurants you can visit.

The room was clean and spacious. It was quiet and restful. Nice breakfast and the tea and cofee in the room was toped up every day. A beautiful view!

It would have been nice if the restaurant and reception closing times were available in the room.

Great location to explore the town. Very central with wonderful views. Rooms very comfortable and well appointed. Lovely and clean and pretty.

Staff were not very much in evidence as reception and the restaurant were closed for large periods of time on what seemed like a very arbitrary schedule.

Stunning beach view from the room and the restaurant. Room and bathroom is large and spacious. There is a shared outside patio with a fantastic seaview and a tiny pool for a quick dip.

Unsecured street parking with no security on site to watch the cars or property - our Jeep had a loaded roof rack which we were worried about at night especially during loadshedding when there is no lights. Located on a busy road, very noisy at night with cars taking their fishing boats to and from the beach. No staff on site at night, we were given 1 bath towel and we couldn't ask reception for another as they had all gone home.
