A wonderful place at a very easy walking distance from the beach, a few restaurants and the local supermarket. Despite the central location, the unit was on a quiet street with no through-traffic. Parking was right in front of the door, making for easy loading of luggage. The unit was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The main bathroom, very spacious with separate shower and bath, was attached to the master bedroom, so the separate WC in the hallway was handy.

Location was perfect - walking distance to everything, shops, restaurants, beach. Bathroom had shower and bath. The guest toilet was great to have (so two toilets). Gas stove and kettle (for the gas stove) made loadshedding easier.

There are two single beds in the lounge. The mattresses and pillows were not as premium as the main bedroom. There is a light in the lounge that goes on automatically when the power goes out (loadshedding) but if you're sleeping in the beds in the lounge, the light wakes you up. Then we had to climb on the dining room chair to unscrew the loadshedding light. I'm sure the host would not have thought about this, if they haven't slept in the lounge. One lamp in bedroom and one in lounge were not plugged in because the cables were too short. So I have to move them to awkward positions to get low lighting.

It was very cosy and clean, nothing was too much - our host Justin even washed our car down after us travelling to and from JOR in Tietiesbaai. Everything was thought of for your convenience.....Loadshedding is not a problem as all the rooms have loadshedding globes and theres a gas stove. Thanks Justin and Helene for being part of making our stay a memorable one. Zula is also adorable and friendly......We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Paternoster Place with my boyfriend for 5 days and we had a wonderful time. The location was excellent and Justin, our host, was extremely accommodating and made us feel at home. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The place was clean, cosy and pleasant. The location perfect as it was within walking distance of the pubs, restaurants and the beach.

I did not like the dstv package they had. I couldn't watch the rugby. The package was limited. Also the braai facility needs to be upgraded outside.

The unit we stayed in was perfect for a couple. We loved the location with easy and quick access to the beach, as well as shops and restaurants . It felt like home from home.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
