Loved the location, on the quieter side of town. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. The restaurant offered very tasty and delicious meals. The staff were friendly welcoming and always willing to assist.

The pool location directly outside the rooms can be disturbing with children playing very loudly in the commons areas.

The management, especially Jan and Michell, were excellent. They went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The staff, especially Rochelle was always friendly and very helpful. The food at the restaurant was exceptional.

Beautiful room and view, comfortable bed. Brand new facilities with big screen TV with it's own Netflix account ! The staff was so lovely and attentive, you really felt welcomed and appreciated! Breakfast is absolutely gargantuan and delicious!

We had a private villa, which is a little misleading as it's a room with a shared pool. Said pool was dirty when we arrived and the water was so cold it rendered it unusable. Would love to see this be a heated pool! All in all, with other accommodations we've experienced this felt a little expensive for what it was.

I rarely provide feedback as I feel different people have different expectations. So I am particularly happy to make an exception and express my enthusiastic approval of my experience at Abalone. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we could not have received a greater level of attentiveness and service from an exemplary team led by Michelle.

We had the most amazing stay! Michelle and Jan and all the staff were amazing! Rooms were amazing - the attention to detail was very noticeable. We were treated like royalty the entire weekend - cannot wait to return! And the spa is definitely recommended.

Only 1 small comment. There is only 1 plug point where one can use a hair dryer - and no mirror near.

A quaint and charming hotel with welcoming hosts, ideally situated close to a serene beach. The on-site restaurantoffers a nice dining experience.

Our room was located near the kitchen and faced the pool in the courtyard, which made it rather noisy.

Breakfasts not great. Waitress don't tell you how the menu works. What your opitions are, etc Ladies not overly friendly as the rest of the staff.

The service was amazing, Jan and Michelle with the hotel staff were exceptional. Always checking that everything was to our comfort levels. The breakfast options was amazing, to the lovely coffee machine in your room for fresh morning coffee, the room service when we spent time at the Jacuzzi, Went for massages as well at the wellness spa, just a slight suggestion that this spacing could be a little more bigger...The suppers ordered at the restaurant was top quality good.

It's not what I didn't like, just a small suggestion for the wellness spa to have more spacing, more gentle massage music, and perhaps an aroma therapeutic scent for extra relaxation. But the spa experience in all was lovely too.
