The personnel are very helpful and friendly..Sheena the best - she is friendly, empathlc etc..It is plain hotel - no fancy things - but it is a place to relax..Only the smell of the ?fish fabric is at times not so nice..I think the hotel must be use in full and not the half - it is a beautiful spot..Thanks again for a wonderful stay..

As said the fabrics smell and the Restaurant and Bar could stay a bit longer open - what about 21:00 The breakfast not the best: And I think they must indicate that there is only from two to make a choice - and they did not give it all what is on the menu..for eg..with the Omelette no bread or pork saugage - only the Omelette..No juice.Only one cup of coffe of tea - make it bottom less or 2 per person..

The breakfast was excellent and waiters friendly and helpful. The service was also excellent and place always clean and tidy. The view was fantastic. A special thanks to the nigh staff for your exceptional service and going above and beyond creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere during my wife's birthday and our anniversary. You've made this hotel my favourite destination.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

I was pleasantly surprise at the cleanliness of the room. The mattress is so comfortable and the bedding crisp and clean. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The breakfast could have been a bit more organised. A designated staff member to check for the availability of coffee and the different dishes, that is part of the breakfast buffet during the breakfast hours. This is more a management implementation and guidance as to how things must be done. However, when approached for service it was met with FRIENDLINESS and URGENCY. I thank the staff for their positive attitudes

The view was amazing! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and breakfast was really good. Sadly we booked in later than expected so was not able to enjoy everything that is offered but definitely going back for a longer stay next time

The bathroom could do with some new curtains and the window was broken in my mom's room making the room very cold. But the extra blanket was great to warm her up

Position on the lagoon with bird life & fishing boats... bar area in perfect position. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to please us ... the rooms are lovely and clean with crisp white bedding and comfortable new beds. We were looking for quaint & unpretentious with a feel of the west coast people. Very inexpensive with a tastey breakfast included. We drove 1km into the Harbour to enjoy the sunset and a "real fresh west coast fish" meal and good wine served at the cute restaurant/bar/takeaway...... true west coast hospitality, Beautiful flocks of sea birds flying home across the sunset. All we could want from our little stay over on our road trip... The Museum on the Laaiplek premises was very informative... We were looking for remote & different & enjoy the whole "Harbour Vibe"..

On the River and a good space for families to hang out. Staff approachable and willing to assist where ever they are able to.

I would like to recommend 2 pedestals with reading lamps on each pedestal. The one reading lamp currently provided is too dim for reading.

Absolutely everything! Since we arrived you felt like you are at your favourite family members' house, will definitely be a guest again❤️Food was superb of the restaurant and that long island ooohhh awesome🙌☺️every staff member was really amazing and helped with whatever we needed.

That I was phoned 2h15 Sunday to be informed that the hotel closes as 3h. Maybe rather phone earlier and inform your guests that they can check in earlier. And also at check out that we had to pay a tourism fee. I did not see anything about that in the communication I have received.

Amazing location and super friendly staff, felt safe and even extended my stay as I was having such a good time. Food was great

Nothing I can think of. Everything was to my liking and expectation. Would be great if you could fish from the banks or jetty though.

The view on the river was beautiful. The outside seating on the covered stoep was much appreciated. Enough hot water for two people to shower and a scrumptious buffet breakfast to finish the weekend.
