We enjoyed the whole experience, the service and food at the restaurant was excellent, it is so convenient that there is a spa and coffee shop on the property. The staff at the hotel specifically Lolly and the gentlemen at the restaurant was exceptional. The food and service at the coffee shop was good and we enjoyed the treatment at the spa. It is a great idea to serve breakfast at the coffee shop and the live entertainment adds a special atmosphere at breakfast, we quite enjoyed that.

The waiter at the coffee shop rushed us a bit during breakfast to get our order placed, but also did not explain nicely how the whole process works, so we had to ask him again to explain. He also kept on asking which room we wanted to add the charges to, after the third time I felt a bit annoyed and told him to make the decision himself, as we already advised him three times of the room numbers we were booked under.

The cleanliness and warmth of the place also the breakfast at the Coffee shop on our departing morning it was great with variety to choose from

The noise of music by the next door the whole night of Saturday and some kids playing cricket by the lawn while thier parents and staff couldn't stop them cause they could break the windows easily with thier tennis they were using.

Their coffee shop where we eat breakfast is very beautiful. Their cappuccino is nice and comes in a big mug. Their facility is clean & neat. Very friendly staff.

The carpet in our room was extremely dirty. The decor & remote are outdated. Their airconditioner was not working for warm air. The bacon and croissants were too dry.

The breakfast was delicious topped with a cup of cappucino. Location was great, close to the mall and walking distance to a beautifu park. Will definitely visit again.

Noise of the generator was a bit annoying at night to sleep.

Room was spacious and clean. Reception was efficient. Toilet was faulty but staff was efficient in coming to repair.

The breakfast team was poor. Opened 30min late. Then there was no coffee due to cold machine. No hurry whatsoever.

My bathroom in room 7 had a terrible stench. In room 5 the tap in the shower dripped water all night.

Reasonable value Comfortable room. Attentive restaurant staff who accommodated dinner despite late arrival. Open fire in bar. Separate breakfast room with musical accompaniment.
