A little piece of heaven. The animals on this resort was very well taken care of. I especially love the story of the lionesses from Ukraine. Now they look healthy and they look well taken care of. The place is rich of bird life and the scenery is just spectacular when you wake up in the morning.

It's not that I didn't like it. It was just a little bit inconvenient that the wood was wet when I wanted to braai, and there was no heaters in the bungalow. But these are by no means a deal breaker at all.

It was great to have the giraffes, warthogs, ostriches etc wandering close by our lodge. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were disappointed with the style of our lodge. We had booked a more traditional style lodge with a balcony but were upgraded to what appeared to be a grey box with no balcony. Inside was immaculate but more “Made in Chelsea” than African bush. We also thought the animal skin rug, real or fake, a bit inappropriate. However the lodge was positioned perfectly for an amazing view of the animals and that was what we came for so we really enjoyed our stay.

The tranquility and the playground for my son. Being able to see the animals and seeing my 3 year old son being able to see and name the animals was the best experience for me.. I'd definitely come again.

It would have been lovely to have a list with the rooms wife code without having to ask for it and also a note that tells you where to leave tbe keys if your leaving early without having to ask the host for the small details which you could find in you cabin.

Ek was soos 'n kind in CANDY LAND. Het heeldag buite gespandeer al was die weer onplesierig. Dit is 'n belewenis om al die diere te sien van jou stoepie af. As ek dit kon bekostig, sou ek my keuse van woonstel verander het. Die nuwe woonstel wat onlangs gebou is, lyk pragtig en die meeste diere beweeg daar verby. Daar was 'n groot verskeidenheid diere (volstruise, kameelperde, buffels, bokke) naby die cabins. Ons het ook deur die park gery en tot die renosters gesien.

Alles was heel aangenaam. Dit sal 'n bonus wees as die grondpad wat jy ry om al die diere te sien, bietjie meer gelyk gemaak kan word.

The tranquility and the combination of the modern with nature. Amazing seeing the animals around, specially the ladies giraffes they were so amazingly beautiful.! Very peaceful place to stay highly recommended we were at The entire villa for 2 nights and it was beautiful.

All was very good and the game drive was super nice and super cheap! We saw beautiful animals and it’s a big property. No a zoo like other people said.

Great modern interieur, well equipped, everything was prepared for BBQ and to heat up the hot tub (coal&wood), in the evening antilopes, giraffes and ostrichs walked right past our accomodation and we just felt very comfortable Note that there is no Wifi! We stayed in the Nyala hut

A magnificent house, much better than it seemed in the photo. Cozy and has everything you need. Giraffes were approaching our house. And monkeys were jumping at the windows. The park is small, but it gives you the opportunity to see all the animals that live there. We were cooking a barbecue with a view of giraffes. It's an unforgettable experience. The safari was informative. Since we do not know English perfectly and sometimes it is difficult to perceive the language by ear, the guide pronounced every word. And everything was absolutely clear to us.

Sometimes the electricity was cut off

The animals were amazing. There is such a huge variety of animals and they are easy to find. They come right up to your accommodation in the morning. It was mind-blowing to see so many beautiful animals. I also loved the café which is so convenient and our guide was very kind and knowledgeable.

The chalet we stayed in was in need of an upgrade, but I think they are busy upgrading all their units. I'll try for a newer one next time. Booking.com made it a bit difficult to see pictures of our specific chalet so it's hard to know which option to choose. I would LOVE to come back.

You are really in the middle of the park, just by sitting on the porch in the evening you can already spot most of the larger animals (Zebra, Giraffe, Rhino, ...) which freely move around and grass on the field. Also take a guided tour, even if you come with your own car, since you learn a lot about the park and the animals

WiFi is only available in the Bush-cafè, not in the guesthouses.

We only had 1 night stay before a flight and it was a lovely change to staying in a standard guesthouse or B&B. Great breakfast served in the cafe and were able to go out of the park to find somewhere for dinner. About 1/2hr drive to the airport.

Stayed in Zebra cabin and although the facilities were really good and there was a ceiling fan, we were disappointed that we didn't have aircon when the other cabins had both. Fortunately we carry a mozzie net so we could leave windows open
