Receptionist was very helpful and assisted us in selecting an alternative room with more light. Rooms were great and slept well on good pillows and mattress. Family enjoyed the heated pool area. Sufficient hot water and a huge shower was great after a day out.

Breakfast deserves some hot coffee - so a microwave in the dining area to heat up your cup of coffee would be useful. General communication on breakfast items if not available on the day would be welcome - thought there was still something sweet to come, but alas, not to be that day.

As always, the indoor pool was a hit with the kids. They also allowed us a late checkout, which was a nice touch.

Maybe a few more torches for loading shedding. We had the family room and it would benefit from two or three light sources during load shedding

The room was great quality, full kitchen, utensils, pots, glassware. It had everything one would need in a home away from home. The indoor, heated pool was probably the best part of the facility since the weather was cool but we could swim, my kids loved it! Being able to take our dog along for our stay was a awesome 😎

Our shower and basin didn't have hot water. It was okay though since we spent so much time in the pool, we used the showers there.

The convenient location, the airconditioning because it was hot, the shower was great and the breakfast was great. We had all the required amenities, such as wifi, bar fridge, microwave for a easy, relaxing and convenient stay. Staff was very helpful and accomodating.

The pool was great.. the room was awesome.. Room service was great, clean towels etc.. that's great

The tv sucked big time.. the size.. the content on the tv sucked like a straw. Get a bigger tv and a smart tv please .. if so people can use their cellphones to connect to the tv.

The kitchen was nice and clean and they have all the utensils needed for self catering. The kids enjoy the pool and gym.

Phone was not working and some of the plugs. Kids room had no bathroom they had to a toilet next to a gym. Couldn't lock my room no keys on the doors.

Shower floors by the pool were dirty. And shower heads should be replaced as the whole bathroom gets wet when using the showers. Bathroom window in unit 14 had a small hole in it.

Everything was on point. Will definitely stay there again if I visit the area.

Was under the impression that breakfast was included but it was not. My fault for not making 100% sure upfront. The only negative was the lack of water on our last day. We had to shower elsewhere on the property but other than that, 10 out of 10.

Liked the room size and bathroom and kitchenette

2 single beds when I requested a Double bed Noise of cars from Cape Road-main road next to guesthouse No Hot Chocolate at breakfast for my son

It was very central to where I needed to be. The room was perfectly equipped for what I needed with the barfridge and all crockery and cutlery as well as a microwave. The aircon was very welcome in the warm weather.
