I found my stay here convenient for getting around the city. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a lovely garden that provided a peaceful retreat. Additionally, I appreciated the small complimentary food items like muesli and a muffin, which were a nice touch.

There were a couple of minor issues during my stay. Firstly, I encountered a gecko in my room, which was a bit unsettling. Secondly, the toilet paper provided was insufficient. The roll available was only enough for two uses, and as a solo traveler, I found it inconvenient to have to use my own supply.

It was a 12-day business trip, and my needs were met regarding location, safety, serene surroundings, and a lovely garden. And, a huge welcome from the fur babies! Both Jacky and Kathy provide a welcoming and comfortable experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Urban Manor.

The TV wasn't in the most practical position.

I enjoyed my stay at Urban Manor. It's in a quiet location in PE but within just a few minutes drive of many interesting places as well as the airport. The quaint and beautifully landscaped little garden was a lovely bonus, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the touch of including some breakfast items in the room, which was a nice start to each day. Also, the ladies running it are exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation returning one day, which I certainly hope to do as PE has a lot to do.

Everything was wonderful.

Perfect property on a quiet street. Walking distance to shops. Well secured 24/7. Beautiful garden to relax in. Accommodation was well appointed and spotless. Bathroom had loads of water pressure. Continental breakfast daily was perfect. Staff were so kind and helpful.

I was working at Grey High School, so location was excellent. The host was very friendly and accommodating on arrival and the check in and key hand over very easy and quick. Comfy bed, good shower and I was off again the next morning. Off the street parking was also essential for me.

Excellent location - close to Grey High It was clean and there were no safety issues. Had all essential items - fridge, microwave, cupboards, extra bedding, air-conditioning, mnet, Wi-Fi etc… The hosts are willing to assist.

Perhaps ‘top up’ on the shampoo/soap/lotion if you are there for more than one night.

No breakfast booked - but a lovely touch was provided via a Banana, Yogurt and Instant oats provided in the room.

There was a coffee machine in the room but no pods supplied - hence sadly no early morning cup of coffee.

What quintessential place it is and Jackie was amazing and I loved their dogs. Lovely conversations and my room was perfect. Very considerate. Well done Kathy and Jackie and thank you for the wonderful day.

Cleanliness of the place and flexibility in checking when I explained my situation.

Fantastic accommodations. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Only note would be the WiFi strength could be improved. But was hardly in my room to really worry about it.
