The accommodation is perfect for one night if you need to stay close to the airport and you have a car. The room is a bit small but very cosy with a large bed, heating and a bathroom with all necessary amenities. There’s also a tea station in the room on the desk. The highlight of this property is its owner, who is extremely welcoming, full of great restaurant recommendations and loves to engage in conversation with you on many topics. We learned a lot from him about life in PE and the animal parcs around SA. Thank you for such a pleasurable stay!

In the evening some youth decided to start racing their cars on the street and it was pretty loud, but it didn’t last until too late in the night.

Perfect hotel for a stopover at the airport for the onward journey to Johannesburg or the Garden Route. The rooms are cute and the bathrooms large. Perfect water pressure and nice warm water. The garden is a real oasis with lots of details and love, which actually deserves a longer stopover. But the real highlight is the owner Carl. A very likeable and educated man. Listen to him and be sure to ask for his travel recommendations. They are gold and will add at least 5 more points to your trip! In Port Elisabeth? Stay here!

The location is very close to the airport but apparently not in a safe neighbourhood, so that one cannot just walk to the accommodation. The host was very welcoming and helpful, with a lot of advice for my trip. Made good breakfast also. The rooms were clean.

I stayed on a cool spring night and found the stay rather cold. The heating is small and probably insufficient. After checkout I wasn’t welcome to retrieve my luggage after the rental pick-up, since the host had to leave.

Spotlessly clean in perfect location for airport access. A great overnight choice for early morning flight. Our host was able to help us with restaurant advice and airport transfer in early morning hours. Lovely garden area with poolside sitting.

The host was very nice and gave us a list with things to do in our trip. He also waited for us to the check in later than expected. The room was little but it had everything that we needed, and it was very clean. Thank you for everything!

It was a very clean and special place. The lobby as well as room have a very home atmosphere and are beautifully decorated. The receptionist provided us with a lot of information about our future travels.

There is not much to not like. Everything was there and the only problem we had was with load shedding.

We received a very warm welcome from the host, Carl and little Buddy his dog, and Carl was most helpful and obliging. There is ample, secure parking and the property is situated in a pleasant residential area, close to the airport and within a short drive of restaurants and shops in Walmer. Our room was well-equipped with everything we required and it was so good to be able to relax in the lovely garden, overlooking a super swimming pool. We also appreciated the opportunity for interesting conversations with Carl and his long-term guests.
