Definitely our best hotel in all of South Africa! We spent three days there and would have liked to stay longer. The equipment is modern, everything is clean, the breakfast is delicious and the staff and owners are very friendly, courteous and helpful. We received comprehensive help with any concerns. The hotel has 14 rooms, which is why everything can be individually designed. We can really recommend the hotel to everyone. Many thanks again to Kevin, Gale and also Justice.

Their hospitality was impacable. They sent you an email before you arrive to inform you that they can't wait to spoil you, and indeed they spoiled us. We were treated like royalty by Justice, Siphokazi and the whole management team. Their breakfast is to die for, it's very delicious and fresh each day and you eat as much you want. It was so lovely and it was easy to find the place. All Their facilities were in great working condition. If you need something, it's attended immediately. It's beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures on Google and more. Their service is amazing. The place so clean and smells fresh all the time. Their sitting room area and bedrooms and bathrooms my goodness are so beautiful. I rate them 6 star if there was one. The children, my sons, enjoyed themselves with an Xbox the facility provides, in between our site seeing. Towels clean and star white are provided every day.

Super boutique hotel with all we could want. 2 mins from car hire drop off and the airport, but no noise! Secure parking, super breakfast, nice coffee in room - and some chocs! Perfect! We arrived too late for a meal at the hotel, so Justice recommended a super restaurant for our evening meal. It was so good we were last to leave. Justice knew we were strangers to the area (and the country), and so when we hadn't returned to the hotel by the restaurant closing time, he contacted the restaurant and then us directly to make sure we were safe and OK! 100% super guest care! Totally recommend this place - it's a real gem and the owner and staff are amazing! If we return to PE, we will certainly return to this hotel! 😁

Absolutely everything. From the war welcome when we first arrived from Justice to the out of this world hospitality and facilities, my family and I loved it all! The Nova family makes you feel like you are home to visit family. We came in as guests and left as newfound friends. Definitely going back to stay longer. The rooms were immaculate, the cleaning staff made sure that our rooms were always clean and we had everything we needed. They were always eager and happy to assist with whatever we needed at all times. The food was absolutely amazing, my favourite being the mini cinnamon rolls, which I devoured at breakfast, unashamedly 😂 NOVA is a special place with special people who care and make you feel special in their care. ♥️

That our stay came to an end and we had to say goodbye 😭.

We had a crisis in that we needed an extra room at the last minute. The Nova staff made a plan and managed to organise us another room right next to ours (for my teenage daughter). Arrival was wonderful - the owners were there to personally greet us. Staff were amazing - everything offered and done with smiles! Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated - with lots of attention to detail. Breakfast was a feast - most divine menu!! It was 1 of the nicest stays we've had and would definitely recommend Nova to everyone!

We didn't make use of the pool or jaccuzi. It felt a bit exposed - needs a touch of prettying it up.

We chose this property as it was close to the airport and they offered a complimentary transfer to and from the hotel. The rooms are modern, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included in the tariff and it didn't disappoint. We enjoyed an extensive Continental Breakfast as well as a cooked breakfast at no extra cost. The staff, particularly Justice, are outstanding and provide excellent Customer Service, often ensuring that we were well looked after even on their days off. The Customer Service offered by Justice is above and beyond and he ensures his Customers enjoys the Nova experience and he provides a very safe environment during your stay in Port Elizabeth.

This is a very modern hotel . I stayed in both standard room and presidential suite and both were really excellent . Clean and comfortable and modern with cold drinks and great bathroom . Its clearly run by someone who understands how to run a hotel properly ..... Staff are well trained , well educated and exceptionally polite and friendly . Very helpful and refreshing . Just a great experience and i would stay again when we are back to golf again . Well done staff !!!!

Everything was perfect. We came and were taken care of the best host in the world: Kevin the owner made us feel like a family member. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left everyone in this place was helpful and friendly. Justice the concierge is always reachable through WhatsApp and makes sure you’re getting everywhere you want to go safely. The breakfast has a huge variety of everything you can think of and a menu to order even more delicious things. Unbelievably good ! Gayle and Kevin spent every night talking to us, which was amazing after a long working day. They even helped us with medical issues and recommended nice restaurants. We had wonderful treatments at the spa and enjoyed the heated pool a lot. After all it was the best stay on this 3 week trip and we were sad when we had to leave. A last kiss goodbye 💋 and hope to see you again in the future.

What a wonderful surprise! Great hotel really close to airport. Manager was so friendly and helpful, really went out of her way to welcome us. We had a lovely comfy room, great bathroom. Loved the space theme throughout the hotel. Hotel owners on site were so pleasant to chat with & really genuine about making sure we were enjoying our stay. We had a very early departure next day so could not do breakfast justice but there was a really good selection to choose from. The owner very kindly dropped us to the airport for our flight. We really had great service and would highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays. It’s a great location, close to airport and also very close to some really good restaurants and very nice beaches.

Even though we only stayed for one night after our day safari, we were so warmly welcomed with open arms. We were granted an early check-in and a late check-out which very much facilitated our travels. The staff as well as the owners were more than kind and attentive. It felt very personal. They really went above and beyond making sure all our wishes were fulfilled and our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel also includes a heated pool, jacuzzi and Spa where they organized a very short notice massage treatment for my stiff neck I was struggling with. The breakfast buffet offered everything and more. Thank you for everything!
