I would not advise early checkin, they were not ready for my 12:00 checkin. When i got to the room the bathroom smell very bad and the cleaner was still busy taking out refuse bins. Later on the day when i was preparing for bed, i found that the sheets have blood stains, i notified them and let them know ill sleep on the couch. They changed the bedding and cleaned the room the following day. Cockroaches crawl over your face while sleeping. I loved the dining room, kitchen, very spacious. Observing cleaners during my stay, they spend a lot of time watching tv, & chatting then they run out of time and rob cleaning. The apartment is in a convinient place, nice and big. The focus should be on hygiene.

Second time booking at 10 on Cape, came back cause we enjoyed the first visit. Staff was friendly as always, forgot the cleaners name but she did a great job in making sure we sorted. Definitely enjoyed the stay again definitely coming 4 3rd visit😁😁 if u looking 4 the best 10 on Cape is the 1🥇🥇

It was abit cold, there wasn't a blanket nor electrical blanket but day 2 she got us a blanket. Also wish there was an emergency first aid kit/ plaster 4 minor injuries

Location was excellent. Security was exceptional. Privacy was good. Parking, a bit tricky, but manageable, if everybody parks well. Asbestos heater, a blessing, especially for the nasty weather.

Toilets could be better as regards cleanliness. Chain on door was still broken from the last time. Did remind reception, this time.

The location is perfect not far from the mall, walking distance to the shop and even if you don't have a vehicle it is situated in the main street easy to access public transport. The security guard was alert and assisting when necessary the premises are sured.. 10/10

TV needs to be upgraded to smart tv

The place is value for money, the disign is perfect and the parking too. I felt save during my stay.

The place was clean and very comfortable we felt like we were at home. Privacy especially for the couples. We will definitely visit again

There was a misunderstanding about the key we took extra keys unaware I just feel like it was supposed to be handled better than it did but we managed to sort it out.

I had transport issues delaying my arrival.missed my booking but they called to check in on me and that was amazing thank you.

I never even got a chance to see the property but appreciated the courtesy call to ensure I was okay.

Need a heater in the room. Extremely cold and heat pad on the wall didn't really make a difference. Otherwise everything was perfect

Everything was to my liking. I always choose 10 on Cape as my place of stay when i am in PE

The TV channels could be better. A better bouchet of channels or use of a smart TV would make this venue top of its class
