The property is in what looks like a very safe neighborhood. The facilities are very nice and value for money is phenominal. It feels like a Marriott residence in because I even had a fully stocked kitchen in my room. What makes this property stand out is the owner Elmo and his wife. They are just wonderful and managed to take care of us. Even when there was a major electricity outage in the city, the owner managed to get power going and managed to personally inform each one of the residents personally updating us with progress. Just perfect management and the garden is beautiful. Also due to proximity to the natural reserve you can hear many birds. They also come to the garden.

For the money I think it’s perfect

The room was spotless and very comfortable. I needed to receive a delivery whilst staying there and the owners were very accommodating and helpful with this. The breakfast was great too!

I booked a suite with a garden view however this is not the room I was given, (I was allocated a much smaller room with no view), when I queried this I was told that maybe she (the owner) had changed this for one reason or another. It might have been good to communicate this. Also when arriving back from a morning out at 2pm I found that my room had not been serviced. Housekeeping did come at 3 pm but at this point I was resting and said not to worry. Not really the service expected from a 4 star Lodge.

We loved the room layout, modern design and cleanliness. The beds were an absolute pleasure to sleep on, with a warm blanket under you and a comfy duvet over you. Very nice. The aircon going up to 32 C in the middle of winter was another BIG win for Andante! The privacy of individual units is another big plus for us. We absolutely LOVED it!

The shower/geyser did not have enough warm water for 2 people to shower. We had luke warm showers: not fun in the middle of winter. At least the aircon made the room nice and warm.

Check in was very easy and smooth. The location is very easy to find and very safe.Ingrid is very kind and professional and well accommodating.She allowed us early check in and late check out without any extra charges.Everything we needed was in the house and communication was superb.The room service lady is second to none.We were even offered free breakfast on our last day.The place is very clean and safe.We are definitely coming back.

The hosts were lovely persons, both! the place is very nice, very clean, great wifi and pool place, although I did not have the chance to use it. The coordination with the hosts upon check-in and check-out was perfect! Lovely place to stay and relax. Will come back for sure.

if I have to state something that was not great, it was the breakfast. I would have expected more fruit variety (peach, strawberries, melon, ZA fruit, etc...) , and more variety pastries and other items (cheese, biscuits, croissants, chocolate croissant, etc...). but all and all it was ok!

Everything was amazing. The aircon works nice, so does the fancy shower. The kitchenette is fully stocked for self catering so it all is great. Just upgrade the uncomfortable beds, please?

Quiet and relaxing surroundings/environment, availability of outside facilities including private outside space, secure WIFI, Mini kitchen. Helpful owners when were left stranded without a taxi.

Breakfast was basic and there was no clear instructions. We were left unattended to not knowing if it is self service or ordering. Lack of in-house restaurant for lunch and evening. We were caught unaware on the long weekend when restaurants were closed in the evenings.

From the environment, the venue, the staff, the room, the cleanliness and the fact that they are not affected by the loadshedding...it's worth it, for a romantic getaway or just wanting to spoil yourself to a calm chilled place or just a business trip it's a must go to place. I cant say enough about this place, Im definitely going again. And what u see on the pictures it's even more beautiful in reality. Love love love Andante Lodge

The is nothing I didn't like

Excellent rooms, clean, big and comfortable. Nice and green area with lots of trees, grass and a lovely pool. Quiet and relaxing. Good shower and basic kitchen in the room. Very friendly staff, kitchen staff were amazing! Limited breakfast options - but worth the long wait. Small shop at petrol station and KFC at walking distance. Can recommend!

It is beautiful from entrance to reception to your accommodation✨. The place was also very clean. From communication with both hosts from booking over the phone to check in and check out the hosts were excellent. The room we booked was top tier. Breakfast was well done. Our stay was exceptional thank you for your hospitality
